【摘要】：1目的了解国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记的心理健康状况、知觉压力和应对方式。2方法对221名国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和知觉压力量表、简易应对方式问卷进行测试,将测试结果进行统计分析。3结果国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记人际关系障碍、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、敌对因子的得分明显低于常模水平,差异有统计学意义(P0.05/P0.01);知觉压力状况得分为(17.62±7.22)分;积极应对维度得分明显高于常模水平,消极应对维度得分明显低于常模水平,差异均有统计学意义(P0.001)。基层党支部书记知觉压力、消极应对方式和SCL-90总分及其各因子呈显著正相关;积极应对方式与总体心理健康水平、敌对性、恐怖因子、躯体化、强迫障碍、人际关系障碍、抑郁、焦虑、饮食和睡眠障碍呈显著负相关(P0.01/P0.05)。4结论国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记的心理健康水平良好,情绪稳定,善于人际交往,对知觉压力不敏感,多采用积极应对方式面对困难和挫折。
[Abstract]:1 to understand the mental health, perceptual pressure and coping style of the Party branch secretaries at the grass-roots level of the state-owned coal mining enterprises. The 2 method is to test the basic Party branch secretary of 221 state-owned coal enterprises by symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), perceived stress scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. 3 the results of the state-owned coal mine enterprise grass-roots Party branch secretary handicap of interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, terror and hostility factor score was significantly lower than the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05/P0.01); scores of perceived stress status (17.62 + 7.22); positive coping score was significantly higher than the normal level, negative coping scores significantly below the norm, the differences were statistically significant (P0.001). Positively related to grass-roots Party branch secretary of perceived stress and negative coping style and SCL-90 scores of the factors; positive coping style and the overall level of mental health, hostility, phobia, somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety disorders, diet and sleep disorders were negatively correlated (P0.01/P0.05). 4 conclusion the basic level Party branch secretaries in state-owned coal mines have good mental health, stable emotions, good interpersonal skills, and are not sensitive to perceived pressure, and adopt positive coping styles to face difficulties and setbacks.
