白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射对白癜风模型豚鼠血清补体及自身抗体水平的影响

【摘要】:目的:观察白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射对白癜风模型豚鼠血清补体及自身抗体水平的影响。方法:将60只豚鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、白蚀丸组、中波高能紫外线照射组和白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组,每组豚鼠12只。正常对照组正常饲养,其余各组采用化学脱色法以建立白癜风的动物模型,于豚鼠皮肤涂抹体积分数5%H_2O_21m L,每次2~3 min,每日2次,至豚鼠毛色变白,皮肤苍白为造模成功。造模完成后,白蚀丸组以及白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组给予白蚀丸2.0 g·kg~(-1),每日给药1次,连续用药30 d;中波高能紫外线照射组和白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组采用UVB治疗仪灯给予中波高能紫外线照射。比较各组皮肤色素恢复情况、豚鼠血清补体及自身抗体水平。结果:实验结束后,与正常对照组相比,其余各组色素恢复情况评分较低(P0.05);与模型对照组相比,其余各组色素恢复情况评分较高(P0.05);与白蚀丸组以及中波高能紫外线照射组相比,白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组评分较高(P0.05)。与正常对照组相比,其余各组补体C3、IgG以及IgM较高(P0.05),干扰素-γ较低(P0.05);与模型对照组相比,其余各组补体C3、IgG以及IgM较低(P0.05),干扰素-γ较高(P0.05);与白蚀丸组以及中波高能紫外线照射组相比,白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组补体C3、IgG以及IgM较低(P0.05),干扰素-γ较高(P0.05)。结论:白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射对白癜风模型豚鼠皮肤色素具有良好的修复作用,下调血清IgG、IgM抗体以及补体C3水平,上调干扰素-γ,改善白癜风对黑素细胞的破坏作用,抑制机体炎症反应。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of white corrosion pill combined with high energy ultraviolet irradiation on serum complement and autoantibody levels in guinea pigs with vitiligo. Methods: 60 guinea pigs were divided into normal control group, model control group and white corrosion pill group. The animal model of vitiligo was established by chemical decolorization in each group with 12 guinea pigs in each group. At the volume fraction of 5H _ 2O _ 2 ~ 21ml, 2min twice a day, until the coat color of guinea pig turned white and the skin turned pale, the model was made successfully. The white corrosion pill group and the medium wave high energy ultraviolet radiation group were given the white corrosion pill 2.0 g 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1), once a day for 30 days. Medium wave high energy ultraviolet irradiation group and white corrosion pill combined with medium wave high energy ultraviolet radiation group were treated with UVB therapeutic instrument lamp. The recovery of skin pigment in each group was compared. Results: at the end of the experiment, compared with the normal control group, the recovery of pigments in the other groups was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the model control group, the pigment recovery score of the other groups was higher than that of the model control group (P 0.05). Compared with the white corrosion pill group and the medium wave high energy ultraviolet radiation group, the white corrosion pill combined with medium wave high energy ultraviolet radiation group had a higher score (P 0.05). Compared with the normal control group, the complement C3 in the other groups was higher than that in the other groups. IgG and IgM were higher (P 0.05) and interferon-纬 (IFN- 纬) was lower (P 0.05). Compared with the model control group, the levels of complement C _ 3G and IgM in the other groups were lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of interferon-纬 were higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the white corrosion pill group and the medium wave high energy ultraviolet radiation group, the complement C _ (3) G and IgM of the white corrosion pill combined with the medium wave high energy ultraviolet radiation group were lower than that of the other two groups (P _ (0.05)). Conclusion: Baiyongwan combined with high energy ultraviolet irradiation has a good effect on repairing skin pigments in guinea pigs with vitiligo and down-regulates serum IgG. The levels of IgM antibody and complement C3 upregulated interferon-纬, improved the destruction of melanocytes caused by vitiligo, and inhibited the inflammatory response of the body.
