[Abstract]:Myocyte specific microRNAs(muscle-specific microRNAs. MyomiRsis a kind of endogenous non-coding small molecule RNAs which is specifically expressed in muscle tissue. It is involved in a series of biological processes through the expression of genes related to negative regulation at post-transcriptional level. The occurrence and development of myocyte related diseases (such as chronic obstructive pneumonia, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, etc.) may cause changes in the expression of myomiRs and its downstream target genes. This will further influence the development, prognosis and outcome of the disease. This article will review miR-1 miR-133 miR-206. The role of common myomiRs, such as miR-208 and miR-499, in the contractile and diastolic mechanisms of striated and non-striated muscles. Focus on the effects of myomiRs on the biological effects of myocyte contraction and relaxation in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of myocyte related diseases.
