气囊对腹壁撤退反射实验结果的影响

【摘要】:目的为腹壁撤退反射实验优选出恰当的制备气囊的材料。方法分别通过数显游标卡尺及X光图像对不同气囊在不同压力值下的直径进行测量;并采用3分疼痛阈值作为判断标准,测试不同气囊对大鼠造成明显内脏疼痛时所对应的压力值。结果圆形乳胶气球的直径随压力值增加变化均匀和缓,并且可以满足实验中常用的压力范围(20~80 mm Hg),其对大鼠造成内脏疼痛的阈值在伤害性刺激值附近,不会对大鼠肠道造成不可逆的损伤。结论腹壁撤退反射实验中使用圆形乳胶气球制备气囊较为理想。
[Abstract]:Objective to select a suitable material for abdominal withdrawal reflex experiment. Methods the diameters of different airbags under different pressure values were measured by digital display calipers and X-ray images. The three points pain threshold was used as the criterion to measure the pressure value when different airbags caused obvious visceral pain in rats. Results the diameter of circular latex balloon changed evenly and slowly with the increase of pressure. And it can satisfy the pressure range of 20 ~ 80mm Hg, the threshold of visceral pain in rats is near the nociceptive stimulation value. There is no irreversible damage to the intestine of rats. Conclusion in the experiment of abdominal wall withdrawal reflex, it is ideal to use circular latex balloon to prepare airbag.
