参竹精片对骨质疏松症模型大鼠胫骨密度及病理形态的影响

【摘要】:目的:观察参竹精片对骨质疏松症大鼠胫骨密度及病理形态的影响。方法 :采用手术摘除大鼠双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松症模型,用参竹精片灌胃治疗30天,测量胫骨重量/体积比、骨密度(BV)、骨小梁数量(TB.N)、骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th)、骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)及骨连接密度(Conn.D);测定血清骨钙素(OC)和ALP浓度;观察胫骨病理变化。结果:参竹精片360 mg/kg、180mg/kg、90mg/kg三个剂量治疗组大鼠胫骨重量/体积比均明显增加(模型组,1.36±0.07 g/cm~3;参竹精片分别为1.65±0.07g/cm~3,1.61±0.06g/cm~3,1.65±0.06 g/cm~3;BV明显增加(模型组,933.88±8.97 mg AHccm;参竹精片360 mg/kg、90mg/kg剂量组分别为959.29±5.76 mg AHccm和966.39±5.51mg AHccm;血清OC浓度明显增加(模型组205.91±11.46 pg/ml;参竹精片180mg/kg、90mg/kg剂量组分别为308.40±47.80 pg/ml和350.32±45.25 pg/ml;ALP浓度降低(模型组55.79±12.42 ng/ml;参竹精片360mg/kg、90mg/kg剂量组分别为41.34±12.50 ng/ml和40.89±12.92ng/ml;胫骨骨质结构紧密,密度增加,裂纹明显减少。结论:参竹精片可增加骨密度,改善骨结构,对骨质疏松症具有一定治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe shengzhujing tablets on osteoporosis rat tibial bone density and pathological morphology. Methods: the surgical removal of both ovaries of rats to establish the model of osteoporosis with shengzhujing tablets orally for 30 days, measure tibia weight / volume ratio, bone mineral density (BV), trabecular bone volume (TB.N) Liang Houdu (Tb.Th), trabecular bone, trabecular separation (Tb.Sp) and connectivity density (Conn.D); Determination of Serum Osteocalcin (OC) and ALP concentration; observation of pathological changes. Results: shengzhujing tablets 360 mg/kg, three 180mg/kg, 90mg/kg dose for the treatment of tibial weight / rats the volume ratio were significantly increased in the model group, (1.36 + 0.07 g/cm~3; shengzhujing tablets were 1.65 + 0.07g/cm~3,1.61 + 0.06g/cm~3,1.65 + 0.06 g/cm~3; BV was significantly increased in the model group, (933.88 + 8.97 mg AHccm; shengzhujing tablets 360 mg/kg, 90mg/kg dose group were 959.29 + 5.76 and 966.39 + 5.51mg AHccm mg AHccm blood; Serum OC concentration significantly increased in model group (205.91 + 11.46 pg/ml; shengzhujing tablets 180mg/kg, 90mg/kg dose group were 308.40 + 47.80 and 350.32 + 45.25 pg/ml pg/ml; the concentration of ALP decreased in model group (55.79 + 12.42 ng/ml; shengzhujing tablets 360mg/kg, 90mg/kg dose group were 41.34 + 12.50 and 40.89 + 12.92ng/ml ng/ml tibial; bone structure closely, increased the density of crack decreased significantly. Conclusion: shengzhujing tablets can increase bone density, improve the bone structure, has a certain effect on the treatment of osteoporosis.
