金莲花提取物保护H1N1病毒感染模型小鼠肺脏的实验研究

【摘要】:正本课题组前期实验发现流感病毒A/FM/1/47(H1N1)引起小鼠死亡或体重百分数降低,此次实验采用金莲花粗提物灌胃的方法,确定金莲花粗提物的抗病毒作用对小鼠的肺脏的保护作用。1材料与方法1.1病毒株亚洲甲型鼠肺适应株A/FM/1/47(H1N1),中国预防医学科学院病毒学研究所提供。血凝滴度1∶512,Reed Muench法测定对小鼠的半数致死量(LD_(50))10~(-3.68)。1.2主要试剂及仪器金莲花粗提物(由本课题组其他成员提取获得),JJ200型电子天平,常熟双杰测试仪器厂。
