辽宁省疟疾媒介按蚊生态习性及相关影响因素研究

【摘要】:目的掌握辽宁省疟疾媒介按蚊物种构成、密度、季节消长和夜间吸血活动规律,为辽宁省制定消除疟疾媒介按蚊控制技术提供科学依据。 方法应用诱蚊灯法、栖息蚊虫捕捉法和人帐诱法三种蚊虫密度监测方法开展按蚊生态习性研究;应用PCR方法开展按蚊物种构成研究;应用MPCR方法开展雷氏按蚊蚊胃血血源研究。 结果辽宁省按蚊物种构成以雷氏按蚊和中华按蚊为主,雷氏按蚊在我国分布的最北边界推移至辽宁省铁岭市,纬度为北纬43。26’。辽宁省雷氏按蚊密度高峰季节为7—9月,与疟疾发病高峰相一致,该蚊人、牛血兼吸,吸人血比例1%,夜间吸血活动高峰为21:00—23:00;辽宁省中华按蚊密度高峰季节为7—9月,夜间吸血活动高峰为19:00—22:00。 结论辽宁省疟疾媒介中华按蚊和雷氏按蚊分布范围广,密度高,雷氏按蚊兼吸人血,具有一定传播疟疾的能力。提示应该加强按蚊传疟能力的研究,探索有效的按蚊防制方法,降低按蚊传播疟疾的危险,消除疟疾病例。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the species composition, density, seasonal fluctuation and nocturnal blood sucking activity of malaria vector Anopheles in Liaoning Province, and to provide scientific basis for the establishment of control technology for malaria vector Anopheles in Liaoning Province. Methods the ecological habits of Anopheles japonicus were studied by means of mosquito trap lamp method, mosquito capture method and human mosquito trap method, and the species composition of Anopheles japonicus was studied by PCR method. MPCR method was used to study the gastric blood source of Anopheles thunder mosquito. Results Anopheles aegypti and Anopheles sinensis were the dominant species in Liaoning Province. The northernmost boundary of Anopheles repens in China spread to Tieling City, Liaoning Province. The latitude of Anopheles repens in Liaoning Province was 43.26o.Anopheles density peak season was July to September in Liaoning Province. In line with the peak of malaria incidence, this mosquito population, cattle blood sucking, human blood intake ratio 1, nocturnal blood absorption peak of 21: 00-23: 00, Liaoning Province Anopheles sinensis density peak season is July to September, nocturnal blood sucking activity peak is 19: 00-22: 00. Conclusion the malaria vector Anopheles sinensis and Anopheles repens in Liaoning Province have a wide range of distribution and high density. Anopheles repens has the ability to transmit malaria to a certain extent, which suggests that the study on the ability of Anopheles sinensis to transmit malaria should be strengthened. To explore effective control methods of Anopheles mosquitoes, reduce the risk of Anopheles mosquito transmission malaria, eliminate malaria cases.
