心灵的力量:积极心理学在临床医学中的作用

【摘要】：复杂医疗环境使医生面临多方面的压力和挑战。积极心理学以一种欣赏性、开放性目光去审视人类内在的正向潜能和行为动机等,突出强调心理学应该为普通人的身心健康与生活质量给予技术支持。当前积极心理学集中研究人类积极情绪和体验、积极个性特征、积极心理过程,从而弥补了消极心理学研究的不足。面对来自社会和医疗自身的各种消极情绪,务必要以积极心理激励、积极临床共情和积极心态调整构建和谐的医疗环境,从而促进现代医学的发展。
[Abstract]:The complex medical environment makes doctors face multiple pressures and challenges.Positive psychology takes an appreciative and open view to examine the positive potential and behavioral motivation of human beings and emphasizes that psychology should provide technical support for the physical and mental health and quality of life of ordinary people.At present, positive psychology focuses on human positive emotion and experience, positive personality characteristics and positive psychological process, thus making up for the deficiency of negative psychology research.In the face of all kinds of negative emotions from society and medical treatment itself, we must use positive psychological motivation, positive clinical empathy and positive mentality to adjust and construct a harmonious medical environment so as to promote the development of modern medicine.
