具有荚膜的白假丝酵母菌蛋白质组学分析

【摘要】：目的:研究从淋病患者阴道分泌物中分离鉴定的具有荚膜的白假丝酵母菌蛋白质组学特征。方法:采用二维凝胶电泳(2-DE)技术分离从淋病患者阴道分泌物中分离鉴定的具有荚膜的白假丝酵母菌(C1-4)和无荚膜的白假丝酵母菌(ATCC14053)的菌体蛋白质,用Image Master 2D platinum 7.0软件识别差异蛋白点,MALDI-TOFMS鉴定差异蛋白。结果:C1-4与ATCC14053相比,显著差异表达蛋白点232个,其中180种蛋白表达明显上调,52种蛋白表达明显下调,质谱鉴定了32差异蛋白质点,8个得到鉴定,均在C1-4菌株显著表达。结论:具有荚膜的白假丝酵母菌与无荚膜的白假丝酵母菌菌株相比,蛋白质表达存在明显差异。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the proteomic characteristics of Candida albicans isolated from vaginal secretions of gonorrhea patients.Methods: the proteins of Candida albicans C1-4 with capsule and ATCC14053 without capsule were isolated from vaginal secretions of gonorrhea patients by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DEE) technique.Differential proteins were identified by Image Master 2D platinum 7.0 software and MALDI-TOFMS.Results compared with ATCC14053, there were 232 differentially expressed protein spots in 1: C1-4, of which 180 proteins were up-regulated and 52 proteins were down-regulated. Mass spectrometry identified 32 differentially expressed protein spots, 8 of which were identified, all of which were significantly expressed in C1-4 strain.Conclusion: the protein expression of Candida albicans with capsule was significantly different from that of C. albicans without capsule.
