慢性放射性肺损伤模型建立的初步研究

【摘要】:目的探讨建立符合临床实际情况的慢性放射性肺损伤动物模型的可行性。方法新西兰白兔28只随机分为右全肺照射组、双肺照射组和对照组,照射组按SAD定角等中心照射技术照射建立放射性肺损伤动物模型,照射后第1、2、4、8、12、16周分别行CT及病理学检查。结果照射4周内,右全肺照射组及双肺照射组均有实验动物死亡,CT及病理学检查符合急性放射性肺炎,照射后8~12周CT可见毛玻璃样征象,斑片状及纤维索条影,病理学检查示肺泡壁增厚呈纤维化改变。结论按SAD定角等中心方法建立了慢性放射性肺损伤的动物模型。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of establishing chronic radiation lung injury animal model.Methods Twenty-eight New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: right lung irradiation group, double lung irradiation group and control group. The radiation group was irradiated with SAD isocentric irradiation technique to establish the animal model of radiation lung injury. Ct and pathological examination were performed at the 1st week after irradiation.Results within 4 weeks of irradiation, all the experimental animals in the right whole lung irradiation group and the double lung irradiation group had the experimental animal death CT and pathological examination accord with acute radiation pneumonitis, 812 weeks after irradiation, the signs of ground-glass, plaques and fibrous cord shadow could be seen on CT at 812 weeks after irradiation.Pathological examination showed that the alveolar wall thickened and showed fibrosis.Conclusion the animal model of chronic radiation-induced lung injury was established according to the central method of SAD.
