走马胎对类风湿性关节炎模型大鼠踝关节组织病理学的影响

【摘要】:目的:观察走马胎对弗氏完全佐剂(CFA)诱导的佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠踝关节组织病理改变的影响。方法:采用CFA诱导大鼠AA模型,给予不同剂量走马胎醇提物治疗,进行关节肿胀个数和全身炎症状态评分以及足爪肿胀度测定,并观察各组大鼠踝关节滑膜、软骨、关节腔、周围软组织炎症反应等组织病理改变情况,进行综合评分。结果:与模型组比较,走马胎能显著减少AA模型大鼠关节肿胀个数,显著降低模型动物全身炎症评分,并显著降低模型动物致炎侧和继发侧足肿胀度(P0.05或P0.01);踝关节组织病理结果显示,走马胎能显著抑制炎症细胞的浸润、滑膜增生及血管翳的形成,减轻软骨及骨质损伤程度(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:走马胎可显著改善AA模型大鼠炎症状态和踝关节组织病变。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of walking horse fetus on the pathological changes of ankle joint in rats with adjuvant arthritis (AAA) induced by CFA-induced complete adjuvant. Methods: the AA model was induced by CFA and treated with different doses of alcohol extract. The number of joint swelling, the score of systemic inflammation and the degree of paw swelling were measured. The synovial membrane, cartilage and articular cavity of ankle joint were observed in each group. The pathological changes of surrounding soft tissue such as inflammatory reaction were evaluated comprehensively. Results: compared with the model group, the number of joint swelling and the score of systemic inflammation were significantly decreased. The results of ankle histopathology showed that trochlea could significantly inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells, synovial hyperplasia and pannus formation, and alleviate the degree of cartilage and bone injury (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Conclusion: walking horse fetus can significantly improve the inflammatory state and ankle tissue lesion in AA model rats.
