基于容积脉搏波的微循环特性研究

【摘要】:随着医疗水平的提高,人类的健康问题开始成为了社会关注的重点,与此同时,随着工作、生活、学习等压力的增加,饮食结构的改变,使得各种疾病的患病率逐年递增,,并且呈现出低龄化的态势,而这些疾病的发病基础都是和微循环障碍有关。目前,对微循环的检查大多应用在临床检查中,如何在社区医疗和家庭保健中建立一种简便、可靠的微循环检查技术开始受到人们的关注。 本文在现有研究基础上,通过对不同年龄段人群的指端容积脉搏波信号进行分析,并结合多个特征参数对微循环功能状态进行评估,从而为社区医疗、家庭保健中提供了一种方法简便,可信度较大的微循环功能检测方法。 本文首先针对国内外微循环功能检查的研究现状阐述了微循环与各种疾病之间的关系,指出研究微循环功能状态对人体健康的重要意义。 其次,研究了容积脉搏波与微循环状态之间的关系,通过对容积脉搏波波形特征的分析,阐述了特征点与人体生理、病理状态以及微循环状态之间的关系。 然后,设计了一套基于STM32的容积脉搏波采集系统,该系统主要可以完成容积脉搏波的数据采集,波形及参数实时显示以及串口通信等功能。容积脉搏波采集系统的设计与实现为之后采集数据提供了保障。 最后,介绍了容积脉搏波的信号特点,针对其特点采用改进后的小波阈值函数对信号进行预处理,然后分别对两组不同年龄段人群的容积脉搏波信号提取时域和频域的特征值,通过对比分析,得出了可以作为本系统中评价微循环状态的特征参数。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of medical treatment, human health has become the focus of social attention. At the same time, with the increasing pressure of work, life and study, and the change of diet structure, the prevalence rate of various diseases increases year by year. And present a trend of younger age, and these diseases are based on microcirculation disorders. At present, the examination of microcirculation is mostly used in clinical examination. How to establish a simple and reliable microcirculatory examination technology in community medicine and family health care has been paid more and more attention. On the basis of existing research, this paper analyzes the pulse wave signal of finger volume in different age groups, and evaluates the function of microcirculation in combination with several characteristic parameters, so that it can be used for community medical treatment. A simple and reliable method for detecting microcirculation function is provided in family health care. In this paper, the relationship between microcirculation and various diseases is discussed, and the significance of studying the state of microcirculation function for human health is pointed out. Secondly, the relationship between the volume pulse wave and the microcirculation state is studied. By analyzing the characteristics of the volume pulse wave, the relationship between the characteristic points and the physiological, pathological and microcirculatory state of the human body is expounded. Then, a set of volumetric pulse wave acquisition system based on STM32 is designed. The system can accomplish the functions of data acquisition, real-time display of waveform and parameters, serial communication and so on. The design and implementation of the volumetric pulse wave acquisition system provide a guarantee for the later data acquisition. Finally, the signal characteristics of volume pulse wave are introduced. The improved wavelet threshold function is used to preprocess the signal, and then the characteristic values of time domain and frequency domain are extracted from the volume pulse wave signal of two groups of different age groups. Through comparative analysis, the characteristic parameters can be used to evaluate the state of microcirculation in this system.
