实验性牙周炎模型大鼠牙槽骨微结构的改变

【摘要】:目的:研究牙周炎对大鼠根分叉区牙槽骨微结构的影响。方法:3月龄健康未孕大鼠14只,采用丝线结扎大鼠左侧上颌第一磨牙建立实验性牙周炎模型(实验组),右侧作为对照组。分别于建模后4周及8周时处死大鼠,并测量上颌磨牙牙周探诊深度、收集上颌骨标本。采用Micro-CT分析大鼠上颌第一磨牙根中1/3区牙槽骨微结构的改变。结果:4周及8周实验组牙周探针深度均高于对照组(P0.05).Micro-CT图像分析发现对照组牙槽骨致密,主要由板状骨小梁构成;实验组牙槽骨变疏松,杆状骨小梁较多。牙槽骨微结构参数分析发现4周及8周实验组骨密度(BMD)、骨体积分数(BV/TV)及骨小梁宽度(Tb.Th.)均较对照组降低(P0.05),且8周实验组BMD、BV/TV、Tb.Th.较4周组降低(P0.05)。8周实验组骨小梁数目(Tb.N.)及骨髓腔宽度(Tb.Sp.)较对照组及4周实验组均增加(0.05)。结论:牙周炎可导致大鼠根分叉区牙槽骨丢失、骨小梁微结构破坏,且这种破坏随着时间延长不断加剧。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of periodontitis on alveolar bone microstructure in rat root bifurcation. Methods the experimental periodontitis model was established by ligating the left maxillary first molar of 14 healthy non-pregnant rats at the age of 3 months (experimental group, right side as control group). The rats were killed at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after modeling, and the periodontal probing depth of maxillary molars was measured, and maxillary bone specimens were collected. The microstructures of alveolar bone in 1 / 3 region of maxillary first molar were analyzed by Micro-CT. Results the depth of periodontal probe in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 4 and 8 weeks. Micro-CT images showed that the alveolar bone in the control group was dense, mainly composed of trabeculae, and the alveolar bone in the experimental group became loose, and the trabeculae of rod-shaped bone were more than those in the control group. Analysis of microstructural parameters of alveolar bone revealed that BMD, BV / TVV and trabecular width of the experimental group were observed at 4 and 8 weeks. Compared with the control group, BMDV / TVV / Tb. Th. were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05), and BMDV / TVV / Tb. Th. Compared with the 4th week group, the number of trabecular bone in the experimental group was decreased by P0.05.8 weeks and the number of trabeculae in the experimental group was Tb.N.) And the width of medullary cavity Tb.Sp. Compared with the control group and the experimental group at 4 weeks, the increase of 0. 05%. Conclusion: periodontitis can lead to the loss of alveolar bone and the destruction of bone trabeculae in the forked area of rats.
