雌激素及其受体介导的5-羟色胺能系统在情绪调控中的作用研究进展

【摘要】：在诸多针对精神情绪类疾病的发病机制研究中,5-羟色胺(5-HT)能系统受到了最广泛的研究和认可,且有研究认为雌激素可通过5-HT能系统间接对情绪产生影响,这为深化情绪调控作用机制的认识提供了可能。本文就近年来5-HT能系统在情绪调控中的作用和雌激素及其受体对5-HT能系统的影响做一个综述。发现目前学者对关于中枢5-HT神经系统对情绪的调控作用和雌激素及其受体对中枢5-HT神经系统的影响已进行了较多的研究,但是直接针对雌激素及其受体介导的5-HT能系统在情绪调控中的作用的研究还较少,加强此方面的研究,找到更多的直接证据将有助于人们深化对情绪调控的认识。
[Abstract]:The serotonin 5-HT system has been widely studied and recognized in many studies on the pathogenesis of mental and emotional disorders, and some studies suggest that estrogen can indirectly affect emotion through the 5-HT energy system. This provides the possibility for deepening the understanding of the mechanism of emotion regulation. This paper reviews the role of 5-HT energy system in emotional regulation and the effects of estrogen and its receptors on 5-HT energy system in recent years. It was found that many researches have been done on the regulation of the central 5-HT nervous system on emotion and on the effects of estrogen and its receptors on the central 5-HT nervous system. However, there are few studies on the role of estrogen and its receptor mediated 5-HT system in emotional regulation. To strengthen the research and find more direct evidence will help people to deepen the understanding of emotional regulation.
