中医情志研究动物实验模型的思考

【摘要】：中医情志理论内涵丰富,对精神心理疾病的防治具有独特优势,动物模型在相关基础实验中占有不可替代的作用。而对于中医情志理论的研究,建立动物实验模型必须兼顾中医的特殊性与心理学的主观性,难度更大。目前国内情志动物实验模型的建模思路可分为引发特定情绪(如恐、怒)和造成某种中医证候(如肝郁气滞、肝失疏泄)两种主要类型。基于中医情志理论的自身特点、中医证候的整体性与复杂性、动物与人类情绪反应的拟合性等难点,建立中医情志动物实验模型应注重中医情志理论内涵、结合具体研究目的和重视评价方法。
[Abstract]:The theory of emotion in traditional Chinese medicine is rich in connotation and has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of mental and psychological diseases. Animal models play an irreplaceable role in related basic experiments. For the study of TCM emotional theory, it is more difficult to establish animal experimental model by taking into account the particularity of TCM and the subjectivity of psychology. At present, the domestic animal model can be divided into two main types: causing specific emotions (such as fear, anger) and causing certain TCM syndromes (such as liver stagnation and qi stagnation, liver loss and relaxation). Based on the characteristics of TCM emotional theory, the integrity and complexity of TCM syndromes, the fitting of animal and human emotional responses, the establishment of animal experimental model of TCM emotion should pay attention to the connotation of TCM emotional theory. Combined with specific research objectives and evaluation methods.
