高原低压低氧环境对红细胞携放氧的影响

【摘要】:目的分析世居高原、急进高原、高原习服训练、世居平原人群红细胞携放氧的变化。方法应用便携式血氧饱和度检测仪、血氧分析仪、血细胞分析仪,检测世居高原、急进高原、高原习服训练人群血氧饱和度(Sp O2)、氧亲和力(P50)及血红蛋白(Hb)数据并进行比较分析,以观察高原低氧环境对红细胞携放氧的影响。结果急进高原组的氧饱和度显著低于其他3组;氧亲和力数据显示习服组的氧释放能力为4个群组中最高;血红蛋白检测数据显示习服训练组显著高原其他3组,且世居高原人群血红蛋白数据低于其他3组人群。结论世居高原人群对于高原低压低氧环境的适应主要来自于其较高的氧释放能力;世居平原的人群在进入高原初期主要通过血红蛋白值的增加来提高其携氧能力,随着进入高原时间的延长,其释放氧的能力会逐步增加以来适应高原低压低氧的环境。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of red blood cell carrying oxygen in people living at high altitude, advancing rapidly to plateau, acclimatizing training at high altitude, and carrying oxygen on red blood cells. Methods the portable blood oxygen saturation tester, blood oxygen analyzer and blood cell analyzer were used to detect and compare the data of blood oxygen saturation (Sp O 2 O 2), oxygen affinity (P50) and hemoglobin (HB) in the people who lived at high altitude, advanced to high altitude and acclimatized at high altitude. To observe the effect of high altitude hypoxia environment on red blood cell carrying oxygen. Results the oxygen saturation of the acclimation group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups, the oxygen affinity data showed that the oxygen release ability of acclimatization group was the highest among the four groups, and the hemoglobin test data showed that the other three groups of acclimation training group were significantly higher than that of the other three groups. And the hemoglobin data of the people living on the plateau were lower than those of the other three groups. Conclusion the adaptation of the people living in the plateau to the low pressure and low oxygen environment of the plateau is mainly due to their high oxygen release ability, and the increase of hemoglobin in the early stage of the plateau is the main way to improve the oxygen carrying capacity of the people living in the plain. With the increase of time to enter plateau, the ability of releasing oxygen will increase gradually to adapt to the environment of low pressure and low oxygen.
