微红纤恙螨与地里纤恙螨的形态学比较

【摘要】:目的:比较微红纤恙螨和地里纤恙螨这两种近缘螨种的形态学差异。方法:从已经鉴定确认的微红纤恙螨和地里纤恙螨的幼虫标本中,选择结构清晰的100只标本,在显微镜下观察和测量其形态结构,对比分析两种近缘恙螨的形态学差异。所比较的两种恙螨的幼虫标本均采自黄胸鼠体表。结果:微红纤恙螨的背板近似正方形且SBAP,地里纤恙螨的背板近似长方形且SBAP,两者间差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。地里纤恙螨的SD、SB值范围较宽,其SD、SD宽/长、SB、PSB、PW/AP、PW均值都略大于微红纤恙螨(P0.05)。结论:两种恙螨形态差别很小,微红纤恙螨的SBAP,地里纤恙螨的SBAP,以此可鉴别这两种近缘螨种。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the morphological differences between two related species of mites, chigger mites and chigger mites. Methods: from the larval specimens of microchigger mites and chigger mites, 100 specimens with clear structure were selected, and their morphological structure was observed and measured under microscope, and the morphological differences between the two species were compared and analyzed. The larval specimens of the two species of chigger mites were collected from the surface of the yellow thorax mouse. Results: the back plate of chigger mites was similar to square and SBAP, and the backplate of chigger mites was similar to rectangle and SBAP.The difference between them was statistically significant (P 0.01). The range of SDN SB of chigger mites was wider, and the average of SDS-SD wide / long SBPSBPWP / APPW was slightly larger than that of P0.05m of chigger mites. Conclusion: the morphological differences between the two species of chigger mites are very small. The SBAPs of the two species of chigger mites and the SBAPs of chigger mites in the field can be distinguished from those of the two species of related mites.
