寨卡病毒包膜prM-E蛋白的结构和功能分析

【摘要】:包膜蛋白prM-E是黄病毒的主要结构蛋白,含有许多病毒的表面抗原,与病毒的致病力和宿主嗜性有关,但目前对寨卡病毒的prM-E蛋白研究很少,作者利用生物信息学方法对寨卡病毒的E蛋白进行了预测,重点阐述了prM-E蛋白在黄病毒形成病毒样颗粒过程中的应用,并对寨卡病毒病毒样颗粒的应用进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Envelope protein prM-E is the main structural protein of yellow virus, and contains many surface antigens of the virus, which is related to the virulence of the virus and the host tropism. However, there is little research on the prM-E protein of Zika virus at present. The authors used bioinformatics to predict the E protein of Zika virus. The application of prM-E protein in the process of yellow virus forming virus-like particles was discussed, and the application of Zika virus-like particles was prospected.
