Beagle犬心包膜黏连模型的建立

【摘要】：目的建立一种全新的心包膜黏连模型。方法采用4只Beagle犬,于犬的第四和第五肋骨间隙开一手术创口,剪去3.0 cm×3.0 cm范围心包膜,用手术刀尖端在心肌上造3个竖形切口,于心包缺损面涂抹犬自身血液5 m L后进行5个点的假缝合即制成心包膜黏连模型。术前,术后1、2、4周行心电图、血液生化学检查,术后4周解剖动物观察心包膜与心肌表面、心包膜与左肺之间的黏连情况。结果4只动物术后恢复良好,无任何并发症,心电图、血液生化学检查均与术前比较无明显差异。与术前相比,术后4周解剖发现4只动物心包膜与心肌表面、心包膜与左肺之间的黏连严重,黏连程度为3级。结论此种Beagle犬心包膜黏连模型成立,可用于心包膜防黏连产品的功效评价。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a new model of cardiac capsule adhesion. Methods 4 Beagle dogs were used to open a surgical incision in the gap between the fourth and fifth ribs of the dog, cut out the 3 cm x 3 cm range of the heart capsule, make 3 vertical incisions on the myocardium with the cutting edge of the scalpel, and apply the false seam of the dog's self body blood 5 m L to the pericardial defect surface. Preoperative, 1,2,4 weeks after operation electrocardiogram, blood biochemistry examination, 4 weeks after surgery to observe the cardiac capsule and myocardial surface, the adhesion between pericardium membrane and left lung. Results 4 animals recovered well after operation without any complications, electrocardiogram, blood biochemistry examination were not significantly different from preoperative. In comparison, 4 weeks after the operation, the pericardial membrane and myocardial surface were found in 4 animals, and the adhesion between the pericardium and the left lung was serious and the degree of adhesion was 3. Conclusion the Beagle canine capsule adherent model was established, which could be used to evaluate the efficacy of the capsule anti adherent products of the heart.
