自杀意念高中生的社会问题解决特征

【摘要】:高中阶段是个体成长过程中非常重要而又充满变化的关键时期。高中生生理和心理发展的急剧不平衡,易受外界因素影响,容易发生自杀行为问题。自杀现象多始于中学阶段,高中阶段呈现出增多的趋势。社会性问题解决是指个体试图去识别日常生活中遇到的特殊问题,并发现有效解决方案的一种自我导向的认知—行为过程,社会性问题解决处理的是生活中的各种问题。以往的研究发现,社会性问题解决、自我效能感与心理健康显著相关,而且社会性问题解决能力是自杀意念显著预测变量。 本研究首先是在文献研究和访谈的基础上,修订适合中国文化背景下的青少年自杀意念量表,并对该问卷的信效度进行了检验。另外,通过问卷法,筛选出自杀意念高中生和非自杀意念高中生为研究对象,考察在不同的问题情境下自杀意念高中生和非自杀意念高中生的社会性问题解决的差异特征,以问题解决策略数量和问题解决质量为考察指标。并进一步考察自杀意念与社会性问题解决、一般自我效能感的关系。研究结果发现: 第一,在问题情境下,自杀意念高中生的积极问题解决策略数量少于非自杀意念高中生,消极问题解决策略数量多于非自杀意念高中生。 第二,自杀意念高中生在问题情境下的问题解决策略质量低于与非自杀意念高中生,差异显著。 第三,相关分析表明高中生自杀意念与一般自我效能感、社会性问题解决呈显著相关。 第四,高中生社会问题解决能力在一般自我效能感与自杀意念之间起中介作用,即一般自我效能感可以通过社会问题解决影响自杀意念。
[Abstract]:The high school stage is a very important and changing critical period in the process of individual growth. The rapid unbalance of the physical and psychological development of high school students is easily affected by external factors, and it is easy to have suicidal behavior problems. The suicide phenomenon begins in the middle school stage, and the high school stage presents an increasing trend. The social problem solution refers to the individual attempt. To identify the special problems encountered in daily life, and to find a self-directed cognitive behavior process of effective solutions, and social problems to deal with all kinds of problems in life. Previous studies have found that social problems are solved, self-efficacy is significantly related to mental health, and the ability to solve social problems It was a significant predictor of suicidal ideation.
On the basis of literature study and interview, this study revised the suicidal ideation scale suitable for young people under Chinese cultural background, and tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. In addition, through the questionnaire, we screened the suicide ideation high school students and non suicidal ideation high school students as the research object and investigated suicide under different problem situations. The difference characteristics of social problem solving between high school students and non suicide ideation high school students, the quantity of problem-solving strategies and the quality of problem solving are investigated. The relationship between suicidal ideation and social problem solving and general self-efficacy is further examined.
First, in the problem situation, the number of positive problem solving strategies for high school students with suicidal ideation is less than non suicidal ideation high school students, and the number of negative problem solving strategies is more than non suicide ideation high school students.
Second, the quality of problem-solving strategies of suicidal ideation high school students in problem-solving contexts is lower than that of non suicide ideation high school students.
Third, correlation analysis showed that suicide ideation was significantly correlated with general self-efficacy and social problem solving.
Fourth, high school students' social problem solving ability mediate between the general self-efficacy and the suicide idea, that is, the general self-efficacy can solve the suicidal ideation through social problems.
