钙敏感受体的功能特点及对成体干细胞特性的影响

【摘要】:钙敏感受体(calcium-sensing receptor,CaSR)是一种分布广泛的G蛋白偶联受体,活化后可调节Ca~(2+)等多条信号通路,不仅在维持机体钙平衡中发挥重要作用,还参与调控细胞的分泌、增殖、凋亡和离子通道开放等。造血干细胞和间充质干细胞表达的CaSR除参与干细胞迁移、黏附、归巢外,还通过多种信号通路介导调控干细胞自身的功能、特性。该文主要综述了CaSR的功能特点、与疾病的关系,及对造血干细胞和间充质干细胞生物学特性影响的研究进展。
[Abstract]:Calcium sensitive receptor (calcium-sensing receptor,CaSR) is a widely distributed G-protein-coupled receptor, which can regulate many signal pathways such as Ca~ (2) after activation. It not only plays an important role in maintaining calcium balance, but also plays an important role in regulating cell secretion and proliferation. Apoptosis and opening of ion channels. CaSR expressed by hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells not only participates in stem cell migration adhesion and homing but also regulates the function and characteristics of stem cells through various signaling pathways. This paper reviews the functional characteristics of CaSR, its relationship with disease, and its effects on the biological characteristics of hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells.
