防己与茯苓配伍对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的影响

【摘要】:目的:考察防己与茯苓配伍对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饲料加力竭游泳的方法建立模型,通过检测对胃肠功能、肝脏功能、血清蛋白和血脂水平的影响考察防己与茯苓组合对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的影响。结果:与模型组比较,防己水煎液组ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低,HDL-C显著升高;茯苓水煎液组Gas和ALB显著升高,CHO和LDL-C显著降低;防己低剂量+茯苓组Gas、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P0.05,P0.01),ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P0.05,P0.01);防己中剂量+茯苓组Gas、TC、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P0.05,P0.01),ALT、AST、TG、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P0.05,P0.01);防己高剂量+茯苓组Gas、TC、TP、ALB和HDL-C显著升高(P0.05,P0.01),ALT、AST、TG、ALP、CHO和LDL-C显著降低(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:各给药组对模型大鼠的胃肠、肝脏和血清学指标均有改善,且两药配伍疗效优于单味药。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of compatibility of Fangchi and Poria cocos on rats with spleen-deficiency and water-dampness.Methods: The model was established by exhaustive swimming with high-fat and low-protein diet. Results: Compared with the model group, ALT, AST, TG, CHO and LDL-C in Fangji Decoction group were significantly decreased, HDL-C was significantly increased; Gas and ALB in Fuling Decoction group were significantly increased, CHO and LDL-C were significantly decreased; Gas, ALB and HDL-C in Fangji low dose + Fuling group were significantly increased (P 0.05, P 0.01), ALT, AST, TG, CHO and LDL-C were significantly decreased (P 0.05, P 0.01); Ga, ALT, AST, TG, CHO and LDL-C in Fangji middle dose + Fuling group were significantly increased (P 0.05, P 0.01). S, TC, ALB and HDL-C were significantly increased (P 0.05, P 0.01), ALT, AST, TG, CHO and LDL-C were significantly decreased (P 0.05, P 0.01); Gas, TC, TP, ALB and HDL-C were significantly increased (P 0.05, P 0.01), ALT, AST, TG, ALP, CHO and LDL-C were significantly decreased (P 0.05, P 0.01) in Fangji high dose + Fuling group. The compatibility of two drugs is better than that of single medicine.
