股深动脉穿动脉穿支皮瓣的解剖及临床应用进展

【摘要】：正股深动脉穿动脉穿支皮瓣是由股后外侧区皮瓣的基础上发展而来~([1,2]),根据2003年Blondeel等~([3])提出的"Gent"consensus,股深动脉穿动脉穿支皮瓣的一级源动脉为股深动脉穿动脉。然而不少学者对股深动脉穿动脉穿支皮瓣解剖认识不足,仍将股深动脉穿动脉误认为皮瓣的穿支血管,将其命名为股深动脉穿支皮瓣。2007年Ahmadzadeh等~([4])首次报道了
[Abstract]:The perforating branch flap of deep femoral artery was developed from the posterior lateral femoral flap. According to Blondeel et al. [3] in 2003, the first source artery of "Gent" consensus, deep femoral artery perforator flap was deep femoral artery perforating artery. However, many scholars did not know enough about the anatomy of deep femoral artery perforator flap, and still mistook the perforating branch of the deep femoral artery as the perforating branch of the flap, and named it as the perforating branch flap of deep femoral artery. In 2007, Ahmadzadeh et al reported for the first time.
