ABIN蛋白家族结合泛素链与A20参与调控NF-κB的影响与意义

【摘要】:正1 ABIN概述ABIN蛋白家族包含ABIN1、ABIN2、ABIN3三种蛋白,这三种蛋白都显示出有限的序列同源性:含有同源区域AHD1和泛素交联区域UBAN(图1)。AHD1可介导ABIN蛋白与A20相结合,UBAN可介导ABIN与泛素相交联,通过ABIN结合泛素、A20编辑泛素的方式来抑制NF-κB的活化,这体现出了ABIN蛋白家族的同一性。
[Abstract]:Positive 1 ABIN outlines that the ABIN protein family contains three proteins of ABIN1,ABIN2,ABIN3, all of which show limited sequence homology: AHD1 containing homology and UBAN (Fig. 1). AHD1 can mediate ABIN protein binding with A20 to mediate ABIN intersecting with ubiquitin. The activation of NF- 魏 B was inhibited by ABIN binding with ubiquitin A20, which showed the identity of ABIN protein family.
