【摘要】:正内壁覆盖着淋巴内皮细胞(lymphatic endothelial cells,LECs)的淋巴管对生命健康至关重要。但是代谢在淋巴管发育过程中的作用仍然尚未被阐明。Wong等发现,在LECs特异性缺失CPT1A(脂肪酸β-氧化的限速酶)的转基因小鼠中,淋巴管的发育被抑制。脂肪酸β-氧化可为LECs的增殖提供能量,并参与LECs分化过程中淋巴管标志物表达的表观遗传调节。其中
[Abstract]:Lymphatic vessels covering the inner wall of lymphatic endothelial cells (lymphatic endothelial cells,LECs) are vital to life and health. However, the role of metabolism in the development of lymphatic vessels has not been elucidated. Wong et al found that the development of lymphatic vessels was inhibited in transgenic mice with LECs specific CPT1A (fatty acid 尾 -oxidation rate-limiting enzyme).
