骨关节炎动物模型建立及在功能食品研究中的应用

【摘要】:背景:骨关节炎的发病机制尚不明确,临床缺乏根治措施,研究重点大部分都放在减轻疼痛、改善关节功能等方面。建立动物模型是研究骨关节炎病理机制、预防及治疗的重要手段,也是预防和改善骨关节炎保健食品新功能开发研究的必要方式。目的:综述骨关节炎动物模型的建立及其在预防骨关节炎功能食品研究中的应用,以期为正确合理的选择骨关节炎动物模型及生物活性物质筛选试验提供科学依据。方法:检索至2016年5月为止PubMed数据(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed)及CNKI相关期刊论文(http://www.cnki.net/)有关建立节炎动物模型的文献,英文检索词为"osteoarthritis,animal model",中文检索词为"骨关节炎,动物模型"。排除重复性研究,共检索到157篇相关文献,59篇文献符合纳入标准。结果与结论:(1)骨关节炎动物模型的建立方法多种多样,各种造模方法各有优缺点,应用范围也不相同;(2)因此需要选择和建立合适的骨关节炎动物模型,通过动物实验深入探索骨关节炎的发病机制,筛选出更多可以预防和改善骨关节炎的有效物质,并开发出相应的功能性食品,以减轻患者的痛苦并提高生活质量,具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Background: the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis is not clear, and the clinical treatment is lacking. Most of the researches focus on alleviating pain and improving joint function. The establishment of animal models is an important means to study the pathological mechanism, prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis, and it is also a necessary way to develop and study the new function of health food for the prevention and improvement of osteoarthritis. Objective: to summarize the establishment of animal model of osteoarthritis and its application in the study of functional food for the prevention of osteoarthritis in order to provide scientific basis for the correct and reasonable selection of animal model of osteoarthritis and the screening test of biological active substances. Methods: PubMed data (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed) and CNKI Chinese Journal Full-text Database) (http://www.cnki.net/) were retrieved to establish the animal model of arthritis. The key words were "osteoarthritis,animal model" in English and "osteoarthritis, animal model" in Chinese. Excluding repeatability, 157 related articles were retrieved, 59 of which met the inclusion criteria. Results and conclusions: (1) there are various methods for establishing animal models of osteoarthritis, and each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the scope of application is different. (2) it is necessary to select and establish suitable animal models of osteoarthritis. Through animal experiments to explore the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, to screen out more effective substances that can prevent and improve osteoarthritis, and to develop the corresponding functional food, in order to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life. It is of great significance.
