大鼠不同器官组织的脱水方法改进

【摘要】：正近期,本实验室于大鼠组织病理学实验中发现,若按大鼠常规脱水时间和流程制备大鼠的组织蜡块,则组织切片易碎裂,染色易脱片,造成后续工作无法进行。即便使用防脱片剂效果亦不佳,尚未脱片的组织切片HE染色及特殊染色结果亦不理想。本实验室根据大鼠各个器官组织特点进行试验后,改进了大鼠组织的脱水方法取得较好效果,现介绍如下。
[Abstract]:Recently, we found in the histopathological experiment of rats that if the tissue wax blocks were prepared according to the routine dehydration time and procedure of rats, the tissue sections were easily broken and stained easily, which caused the subsequent work could not be carried out. The results of HE staining and special staining of tissue sections without strippers were not satisfactory, even though the effect of anti-stripping agent was not good. According to the characteristics of various organs and tissues of rats, the dehydration method of rat tissues has been improved and the results are as follows.
