薏苡仁多糖不同组分对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究薏苡仁多糖不同组分对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影响,探讨薏苡仁多糖改善机体水液代谢的作用机制。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饮食加力竭游泳法复制脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,水负荷实验检测水负荷指数和6 h尿量,采用ELISA方法观察薏苡仁多糖不同组分对模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影响。结果:给药干预后,与模型组相比,各用药组大鼠水负荷指数明显降低(P0.05),尿量明显增多(P0.01);薏苡仁粗多糖组和薏苡仁多糖组分Ⅰ组大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD明显降低(P0.05)。结论:薏苡仁多糖不同组分能改善脾虚水湿不化大鼠水液代谢功能,其中薏苡仁多糖组分Ⅰ作用最明显,其作用机理与降低血清VIP、ADH、ALD水平有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of different components of Coix seed polysaccharides on serum VIP,ADH,ALD in rats with spleen deficiency and water dampness, and to explore the mechanism of Coix seed polysaccharides in improving the metabolism of water and liquid. Methods: high fat and low protein diet combined with exhaustive swimming method were used to make the rat model of spleen deficiency without dampness. The water load index and 6 h urine volume were measured by water load test. The serum VIP,ADH, was observed by ELISA method in the model rats with different components of Coix lachryma-lachryma lachrymae polysaccharides. The influence of ALD. Results: compared with the model group, the water load index decreased significantly (P0.05) and the urine volume increased significantly (P0.01). The serum VIP,ADH,ALD was significantly decreased in Coix seed polysaccharide group and Coix seed polysaccharide group I (P0.05). Conclusion: the different components of Coix seed polysaccharides can improve the function of water metabolism in rats with spleen deficiency and dampness, among which the effect of Coix seed polysaccharide component I is the most obvious, and its mechanism is related to the reduction of serum VIP,ADH,ALD level.
