【摘要】:正小窝蛋白-1(caveolin-1,Cav-1)是一种功能广泛的膜脂筏(membrane lipid raft,MLR)绞手架蛋白,参与多种细胞过程,对神经结构和功能可塑性有重要调节作用。Cav-1可通过影响微管稳定性、与神经营养因子受体发生作用、调控细胞膜胆固醇合成及再分布等机制,促进神经突出芽、延伸、反应性突触发生,参与末端重塑,从而影响结构可塑性;并通过增强神经信号传导~([1])、参与构成分泌相关蛋白复合体、参与
