右旋美托嘧啶对大鼠切口痛模型脊髓NF-κB水平、血清IL-6的影响研究

【摘要】:目的探讨右旋美托嘧啶对大鼠切口痛模型脊髓NF-κB水平、血清IL-6的影响。方法选取成年的SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组10只,模型组和药物组15只。模型组和药物组建立切口痛大鼠模型,药物组造模前采用右旋美托嘧啶进行腹腔注射。手术后2 h,对所有大鼠的脊髓NF-κB、P物质水平及血清IL-6水平进行检测。结果手术后2 h,与模型组比较,药物组大鼠脊髓NF-κB水平较低(P0.05);药物组大鼠P物质水平较低(P0.05);药物组大鼠血清IL-6水平较低(P0.05)。结论右旋美托嘧啶能够明显降低切口痛模型大鼠的血清IL-6水平,抑制脊髓NF-κB及P物质表达,对手术切割引起疼痛具有镇痛作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dexmetropyrimidine on the level of NF- 魏 B in spinal cord and serum IL-6 in rats with incision pain. Methods Forty adult SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 10), model group (n = 15) and drug group (n = 15). The model group and drug group were used to establish the model of incision pain, and the drug group was intraperitoneally injected with dextran before making the model. At 2 h after operation, the levels of NF- 魏 B P and serum IL-6 were measured in all rats. Results two hours after operation, compared with the model group, the level of NF- 魏 B in the spinal cord in the drug group was lower (P0.05), the substance P level in the drug group was lower (P0.05), and the serum IL-6 level in the drug group was lower (P0.05). Conclusion Dexmetopyrimidine can significantly reduce the level of serum IL-6, inhibit the expression of NF- 魏 B and substance P in spinal cord of rats with incision pain, and have analgesic effect on the pain caused by surgical incision.
