新型特异性磁共振淋巴造影剂舌间质注射颈淋巴造影的动物实验研究

【摘要】:目的:SW2是一种新型特异性的间质磁共振淋巴造影剂,经趾蹼皮下注射后可清晰显影兔双下肢淋巴管和胭窝淋巴结。现探讨SW2经舌粘膜下注射对颈淋巴显影的应用价值,为了解头颈部淋巴引流规律及诊断头颈部恶性肿瘤的转移情况提供新的方法。 方法:采用3.0 GE核磁共振检查。选取纯种新西兰大白兔12只,在每只大白兔双侧舌缘粘膜下各注射0.2mL SW2,按摩注射部位30S。分别于造影剂注射之前及注射后10、15、20、25、30、35、40、50、90min及4h进行三维增强磁共振淋巴造影成像。测量不同延迟时间引流区颈部淋巴结的信号强度,计算不同时间信号强化率(E%),并绘制时间-信号强化率曲线。采用SPSS11.5软件包对数据进行统计分析。分别于实验前和实验四周后对大白兔进行血常规和血生化检查,并进行肝脏和肾脏的病理学检查。 结果:SW2能够特异性显影兔颈部淋巴结及一、二级淋巴管,显像清晰,血管无显影。颈部淋巴结在注射造影剂后约30min信号强度达到峰值,E%为344%,在注射后20-50min可获得最佳强化效果。在注射后4h淋巴结及淋巴管造影剂基本扩清,信号强度恢复到正常水平。颈部淋巴结在不同时间的信号强化率进行统计学分析,差别有统计学意义(P0.05)。注射显影剂前后血常规及生化常规检查均无显著差异,肝脏、肾脏病理学检查均未见明显异常。各组实验动物在皮下穿刺及注射造影剂后1w内均未明显不良反应。 结论:SW2作为IMRLG,能快速有效的显示颈部引流区淋巴管的走形以及颈部淋巴结形态,显影清晰,显影持续时间长,对淋巴组织显影有特异性,是一种优异的具有潜在临床及科研价值的淋巴造影剂。
[Abstract]:Objective: SW2 is a new kind of specific interstitial magnetic resonance lymphatic contrast agent, which can be used to develop the lymphatic and fossa lymph nodes of the two lower limbs of the rabbit after the subcutaneous injection of the webbed webbed. Blood routine and blood biochemical examination were performed on the white rabbits before and after the experiment, and the pathological examination of the liver and the kidney was performed. Results: SW2 was able to specifically develop the lymph nodes of the neck of the rabbit and the lymph nodes of the first and the second stage. The imaging was clear and the blood vessels were not significant. The signal intensity of the cervical lymph node after injection of the contrast agent reached the peak value, and the E% was 344%. The best enhancement effect was obtained after 20-50min after injection. Fruit. After injection, the lymph node and lymphatic contrast medium were substantially expanded and the signal intensity recovered to normal water. The signal enhancement rate of the cervical lymph node at different time was statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).). There was no significant difference in blood routine and biochemical routine examination before and after injection of the developer. No significant difference was found in liver and kidney pathology. The experimental animals in each group were not significantly negative in 1w after the subcutaneous puncture and the injection of the contrast agent. Conclusion: SW2, as the IMRLG, can quickly and effectively display the shape of the lymph vessels in the neck drainage area and the shape of the neck lymph nodes, the development is clear, the development duration is long, the development of the lymph tissue is specific, it is an excellent lymphatic system with potential clinical and scientific research value.
