可溶型CD100分子生物学及相关疾病研究进展

【摘要】:CD100属脑信号蛋白(semaphorin)家族成员,在神经系统神经元的发育和免疫系统抗体的产生、免疫细胞的黏附等过程中发挥重要作用。多种蛋白水解酶可以将CD100切割下来产生可溶型CD100(s CD100),其生物学功能与CD100类似。尽管CD100脱落的机制还未完全阐明,但研究发现多种疾病的发生与s CD100表达异常有关。本文对s CD100的产生、生物学功能及其与相关疾病如免疫性疾病、肿瘤、骨代谢疾病等的关系进行综述,并讨论其作为疾病早期检测诊断标志物及治疗靶点的可能性。
[Abstract]:CD100, a member of the (semaphorin) family of brain signal proteins, plays an important role in the development of nervous system neurons, the production of antibodies in the immune system and the adhesion of immune cells. A variety of proteolytic enzymes can cut CD100 to produce soluble CD100 (s CD100), and its biological function is similar to that of CD100. Although the mechanism of CD100 shedding has not been fully clarified, it has been found that the occurrence of many diseases is related to the abnormal expression of s CD100. In this paper, the production and biological function of s CD100 and its relationship with related diseases such as immune diseases, tumors and bone metabolic diseases are reviewed, and the possibility of s as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for early detection of diseases is discussed.
