球旁细胞光学显微镜下4种染色法结果观察

【摘要】:目的探讨显示小鼠球旁细胞的适宜染色方法,更好地为教学和科研服务。方法取20只小鼠肾组织做石蜡切片,随机分为4组,分别用HE染色、高碘酸-Schiff氏反应染色、改良结晶紫染色和免疫组织化学染色。结果 HE染色和高碘酸-Schiff氏反应染色不能显示肾球旁细胞;改良结晶紫染色和免疫组织化学均能较好地显示肾球旁细胞(胞质内有特征性的被染色的分泌颗粒)。结论改良结晶紫染色和免疫组织化学染色对球旁细胞有较好的染色效果,但改良的结晶紫染色更为简便、经济、稳定。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a suitable staining method for displaying peribulbar cells in mice and to serve for teaching and scientific research. Methods the renal tissues of 20 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. HE staining, periodate-Schiff reaction staining, modified crystal purple staining and immunohistochemical staining were used respectively. Results HE staining and periodate-Schiff reaction staining could not show paraval cells, but modified crystal purple staining and Immunohistochemical staining could well display peri-globular cells (characteristic stained secretory particles in cytoplasm). Conclusion modified Crystal Violet staining and Immunohistochemical staining have better staining effect on peribulbar cells, but the improved Crystal Violet staining is more simple, economical and stable.
