科学家发现沙粒病毒如何影响宿主天然免疫系统

【摘要】：正记者从中科院武汉病毒所获悉,该所肖庚富团队发现,沙粒病毒聚合酶L蛋白具有多种生物功能,并对宿主天然免疫系统产生影响。相关成果日前发表于《病毒学杂志》。沙粒病毒是一类有囊膜的负链RNA病毒,其中莫佩亚病毒(MOPV)是重要的一类。研究表明,沙粒病毒能引起出血热等疾病,严重威胁人类健康。
[Abstract]:The reporter learned from the Wuhan virus Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences that the Xiao Gengfu team found that the sand virus polymerase L protein has a variety of biological functions and has an impact on the host innate immune system. The results were published in the Journal of Virology a few days ago. Sand virus is a kind of negative chain RNA virus with capsule, in which Mopeia virus (MOPV) is an important kind. Studies have shown that sand virus can cause hemorrhagic fever and other diseases, seriously threatening human health.
