文章摘要：目的：探讨丹红注射液联合西药治疗呼吸衰竭临床疗效。方法：对本院收治的80例呼吸衰竭患者资料进行分析,根据不同治疗方案将患者分为对照组和实验组各40例,对照组采用西药治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上联合丹红注射液治疗,比较两组疗效及血浆黏度,血浆乳酸,动脉血氧分压（Pa O2）,动脉血氧饱和度（Sa O2）,动脉血二氧化碳分压（Pa CO2）等指标。结果：实验组95%患者疗效确切,高于对照组（85%）（P〈0.05）;实验组95%对治疗方案满意,高于对照组（65%）（P〈0.01）;实验组红细胞聚集指数为（1.35±0.10）,血浆黏度为（4.18±0.25）m Pa·s,红细胞比容为（0.41±0.07）,纤维蛋白原为（3.14±1.20）g·L-1,低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组p H指标为（7.47±0.07）,Pa O2指标为（75.77±8.32）mm Hg,高于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组Pa CO2指标为（46.49±4.54）mm Hg,低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后6 min步行距离为（372.5±57.3）m,长于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组不良反应发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组（不良反应发生率为17.5%）（P〈0.05）。结论：呼吸衰竭发病率较高,临床上采用丹红注射液联合西药治疗理想,值得推广使用。

Abstr：Objective： The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with western medicine treatment in patients with respiratory failure. Method： Eighty patients admitted to our hospital with respiratory failure were analyzed, according to the different treatment regimens, divided into control group and experiment group. The control group was given western medicine, while the experiment group was given Danhong injection combined with western medicine treatment, and the efficacy were compared. Result： In experiment group, the efficacy was 95% , higher than control group （85%） （P 〈 0.05） ; 95% patients of the experiment group were satisfied with the therapy, which was higher than control group （65%） （P 〈 0.01 ） ; in experiment group erythroeyte aggregation index was （1.35 ± 0. 10）, plasma viscosity was （4. 18 ± 0. 25 ） mPa ·s, hematoerit was （0.41 ± 0.07）, fibrinogen was （3. 14 ± 1.20） g·L-l, which were all lower than in the control group （P〈0.05）;in experiment group, pH indicators （7.47 ± 0.07） and Pa02 indicators （75.77 ±8.32） mmHg were both higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; in experiment group PaCO2 indleators （46.49 ± 4. 54） mmHg was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; in the experiment group, 6-min walking distance after treatment was （372.5 ± 57.3 ） m, longer than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The respiratory failure has high incidence, and the use of Danhong injection combined with western medicine elinieally should be introduced.
