【摘要】:微生态学是一门新兴的学科,主要研究生态疗法和生态调整。微生态调节剂是指含活菌或死菌及其组分和代谢产物的微生物调节剂。目前,微生态调节剂仍以活菌为主,然而,活菌制剂存在运输、保存困难、稳定性差、不能与抗生素合用等缺点,因此,益生菌的灭活剂近期倍受关注。双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和肠球菌是人体肠道的主要益生菌,,它们在肠道内对维持肠道正常菌群的生态平衡,抑制有害菌的繁殖,防治多种疾病和不良反应的发生,进而对人体发挥着重要,它们作为益生菌而使用,通过口服或其它途径进入人体后,发挥生理保护作用,具有显著的平衡和改善阴道和肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、提高机体免疫力、预防过敏、结合并排除毒素、预防龋齿等功能。本文对人体肠道和阴道的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和肠球菌这三种益生菌的活菌和灭活菌两种状态的粘附作用及其对几种肠道主要致病菌的粘附拮抗作用进行了对比性分析,研究内容和主要结果如下: 一、乳酸杆菌对生殖道上皮细胞和Hela细胞的粘附作用的研究 为了比较热灭活状态和活菌状态乳酸杆菌对生殖道上皮细胞的粘附性,分析乳酸杆菌活菌和热灭活菌两种生物状态对刮取的原代阴道上皮和传代培养的宫颈上皮细胞系Hela细胞的粘附指数,并用台盼蓝染色法比较二者粘附Hela细胞后对细胞活力的影响。结果发现两种生物状态的乳酸杆菌对刮取的阴道上皮细胞的粘附不存在显著性差异,而热灭活状态对Hela细胞的粘附指数显著高于活菌。
[Abstract]:Microbiology is a new subject, which mainly studies ecological therapy and ecological adjustment. Microecological regulator is a microbial regulator containing active or dead bacteria, their components and metabolites. At present, the microecological regulators are still mainly live bacteria. However, the live bacteria preparations are difficult to transport, store, and cannot be combined with antibiotics. Therefore, the inactivators of probiotics have attracted much attention recently. Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus were the main human intestinal probiotics, they in the gut to maintain the ecological balance of intestinal flora, inhibiting the propagation of harmful bacteria, prevention and treatment of various diseases and the incidence of adverse reactions, and the human body plays an important, and use them as probiotics, enter the body through oral or other ways play, physiological protective effect has significant balance and improve the vaginal and intestinal flora, prevention and treatment of diarrhea, improve immunity, prevent allergy, eliminate toxin, and combined with the prevention of dental caries and other functions. Antagonism of adhesion adhesion on human intestinal bacteria in the vagina and the Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus in these three kinds of probiotics and inactivated bacteria in two states and several intestinal pathogens were compared. The main contents and results are as follows:
