【摘要】:结核病(tuberculosis,TB)是由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)所致以呼吸系统感染为主的慢性传染病。目前全球有1/3的人口感染MTB,每年有800万新感染患者和300万患者死亡,占人类致死病因第7位,表明TB仍是影响全球人类健康的一个主要公共卫生问题。 MTB在结核病患者体内的生长及致病与很多微量元素有关。其中,铁是维持MTB新陈代谢所必需的营养物质之一,其作为辅酶或活化剂参与许多与MTB生长密切相关的氧化还原反应。在缺铁的环境中,MTB不能生长。然而,铁与其它营养物质不同的是它在中性环境下溶解度极低,大多数的铁与高亲和力的铁蛋白结合。所以如果结核病患者血液内铁浓度异常增高可以暗示疾病的恶化。为了对抗机体的低铁环境,MTB可以产生高亲和力的铁鳌合素与机体铁蛋白竞争结合铁,从而促进了结核病的发生发展。 然而,过量的铁会引起细胞的毒性作用,不利于MTB的生长。所
[Abstract]:Tuberculosis tuberculosis (TB) is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. At present, 1/3 people worldwide are infected with MTB.At present, 8 million new infections and 3 million deaths occur every year. TB is the seventh leading cause of human death, indicating that TB is still a major public health problem affecting human health worldwide. The growth and pathogenesis of MTB in TB patients are related to many trace elements, among which iron is one of the essential nutrients to maintain the metabolism of MTB. It is involved in many redox reactions closely related to the growth of MTB as a coenzyme or activator. It cannot grow in iron-deficient environment. However. Unlike other nutrients, iron has a very low solubility in neutral environments. Most iron binds to high affinity ferritin. So an abnormal increase in iron levels in the blood of patients with tuberculosis could suggest a worsening of the disease. To combat the body's low iron environment. MTB can produce high affinity iron chelatin to compete with the body ferritin, thus promoting the occurrence and development of tuberculosis. However, excessive iron can cause cytotoxicity, which is not conducive to the growth of MTB.
