[Abstract]:At present, the international community on the health of the unified understanding is: health is not only the physical health of the human body, but also must include the human mental state at the time and social environment are in a perfect state. During the period of university life is a critical period of physical and psychological development tends to mature, in the modern competitive society, more prone to psychological distress and lead to psychological problems, mental health status of college students directly affects the development of the society.
On the mental health of college students, many scholars at home and abroad were analyzed. The results showed most of the mental health of college students is not optimistic, there are many factors affecting the mental health of college students, factors such as gender, economic status, family status, academic pressure and so on. These studies focused on college students, based on related research college students understood, however, for those undergraduate students and lower than a level of college students, they have to face the pressure of employment, social competition environment should be more complex, and for medical college students, because of the characteristics of their own medicine, medical students are learning pressure is quite the status of mental health should be more worthy of the attention of researchers. A medical college, located in the east of Henan Province in the development of a City, the medical college is a secondary health school in 2004 by becoming a medical college school, the conditions of development is not very perfect. Although the medical college is facing the national enrollment, but students still relatively concentrated, more from the local area. Currently, the medical college is a lack of relevant research, College Students therefore, in order to understand the basic situation and characteristics of mental health of the students in the medical college, the medical students to carry out the investigation and research, hoping to find out the effective intervention measures on Improving College Students' psychological health, for the future of the college mental health education work provides a basis for reference.
Materials and methods
Using random cluster sampling method, students from the Medical College of 419 people, with a survey of College Students' psychological health related factors questionnaire and questionnaire of the < > were measured, the original data using SPSS13.0 software for statistical processing and analysis. (?) + S description of each factor score, analysis the difference between the two the factor scores of variance of repeated measurement data, each factor score correlation matrix using Pearson correlation analysis, two samples were used to compare the number of t test, compared with single factor analysis of variance for three groups of samples, multiple linear regression analysis for factors influencing comprehensive factor score analysis. Test level a =0.05 (two-sided).
Result
The total average of 1. of the students in the medical college SCL-90 minimum 1.13, maximum 2.44 points, an average of 1.69. The positive rate of psychological problems was 15.3%.
The medical students compared to 2. SCL-90 all factor scores and comprehensive college students over the sample, except hostility was not statistically significant, other factors were statistically significant. The paranoia is the medical students than college students' comprehensive sample, other factors were higher than that of the sample comprehensive university.
The 3.10 factor scores was statistically significant difference (F=133.429, P=0.001, Huynh-Feldt correction, df=6.517), the most prominent psychological symptoms in the medical students is forced, followed by interpersonal sensitivity, third is a terrorist.
4. the results of correlation distance matrix analysis of each factor score showed a moderate positive correlation in the scores of SCL-90 factors.
5. single factor analysis showed that gender (t=3.190, P=0.002), family sources (t=2.95, P=0.03), economy (t=5.168, P=0.001), single parent families (t=30.835, P=0.001), their health concerns (t=3.735, P=0.001), the state of love (t=2.041, P=0.043), (F=18.495, P=0.001) love attitude, learning pressure (t=7.884, P=0.001), classmates state (t=2.207, P=0.001) and family harmony status (F=6.881, P=0.001) are the main factors influencing the total score of SCL-90. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that factors affecting the total scores of SCL-90 are learning pressure, relationship, family and classmates, love attitude. Love, from single parent families.
conclusion
1. the mental health status of college students is lower than the national average level of college students.
2. of the most prominent psychological symptoms of college students is forced, interpersonal sensitivity and terror.
3. of the students in the medical college mental health influence factors is the main learning pressure, relationship, family and classmates, love attitude, love, from single parent families.
