【摘要】: 目的:为深入了解脊髓节段性营养动脉在椎间孔及椎管内的分支、分布及吻合情况,应用乳胶脊髓节段性血管内灌注法及单宁酸-氯化铁媒染微血管的方法,对脊神经节及脊髓节段性营养血管的来源、分支、分布及其形态特点进行了系列研究,为临床上有关脊髓节段性血管损伤引发的多种脊髓及脊神经病变的预防、脊柱外伤修复等提供可靠的应用解剖学资料和参数。 方法 1选取15具成人躯干标本,男女不限,使用红色乳胶灌注液,经T1~L5节段的脊髓节段性营养动脉进行灌注。待乳胶液自然凝固后,逐个解剖节段动脉,暴露其分支、分布情况,观测节段动脉在椎管外部的走行和吻合;从腹侧去掉椎体,暴露椎管、椎间孔及其附近结构,观察脊髓节段动脉在椎管前部的走行及吻合情况,重点对穿入包绕脊神经节硬脊膜鞘的脊支动脉的来源、硬膜外的长度进行观察和测量;切断脊神经根去除脊髓后观察脊髓节段动脉在椎管后部的走行及吻合情况。 2选取健康家兔20只,雌雄不限,体重1~1.5kg。耳缘静脉麻醉后经升主动脉插管,温生理盐水(38℃)500~750ml快速灌流冲洗,然后灌注1000~1500ml含2%戊二醛、2%多聚甲醛、2%单宁酸的混合媒染固定液( 38℃),灌毕取出脊
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the branches, distribution and anastomosis of spinal segmental nutrient arteries in the intervertebral foramen and the spinal canal, we used the latex spinal cord segmental intravascular perfusion method and the method of microvascular staining with tannic acid-ferric chloride mordant. A series of studies on the origin, branches, distribution and morphological characteristics of spinal ganglion and spinal cord segmental nutrient vessels were carried out in order to prevent many kinds of spinal cord and spinal neuropathy caused by spinal cord segmental vascular injury. The repair of spinal trauma provides reliable applied anatomical data and parameters. Method 1Fifteen adult trunk specimens, male and female, were perfused with red latex perfusion solution through the spinal cord segmental nutrient artery of T _ 1 / L _ 5 segment. The segmental arteries were dissected one by one, their branches and distribution were exposed, and the passage and anastomosis of segmental arteries outside the spinal canal were observed. We removed the vertebral body from the ventral side, exposed the spinal canal, intervertebral foramen and its adjacent structure, observed the route and anastomosis of the spinal segmental artery in the anterior part of the spinal canal, and focused on the origin of the spinal branch artery penetrating the dural sheath around the spinal ganglia. The epidural length was observed and measured. After the spinal nerve root was cut off, the route and anastomosis of the spinal artery in the posterior part of the spinal canal were observed. 2Twenty healthy rabbits, male and female, were selected. The body weight was 1.5kg.After intravenous anaesthesia on the ear edge, the ascending aorta was intubated and the warm physiological saline was perfused quickly with 500-750ml at 38 鈩,
