肠道致病大肠埃希菌流行病学和分子机制的研究进展

【摘要】:肠道大肠埃希菌既是人类正常菌群又是造成全世界发病和死亡的重要病原体。肠道致病大肠埃希菌传统上分为6种:肠道致病性大肠埃希菌(EPEC)、肠道出血性大肠埃希菌(EHEC)、肠道侵袭性大肠埃希菌(EIEC)、肠道聚集性大肠埃希菌(EAEC)、肠道产毒素性大肠杆(ETEC)和弥漫黏附大肠埃希菌(DAEC)。本文中提出肠道致病型大肠埃希菌分为8种,还包括2种新的致病型大肠埃希菌———黏附浸润性大肠埃希菌(AIEC)和产志贺毒素的聚集性大肠埃希菌(STEAEC)。在人类宿主细胞中,通过检测肠道大肠埃希菌移植和研究疾病的分子机制,发现肠道致病型大肠埃希菌根据Ⅲ型分泌系统(T3SS),可分为依赖T3SS致病型(EHEC、EPEC、EIEC)和非依赖T3SS致病型(ETEC、EAEC、STEAEC、DAEC、AIEC)2大类。本文主要介绍了肠道致病大肠埃希菌的流行病学和分子机制的研究进展。
[Abstract]:Escherichia coli is not only a normal human flora, but also an important pathogen of morbidity and mortality in the world. The pathogenic Escherichia coli is traditionally divided into six species: enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPECs). Enteric hemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), enteric invasive Escherichia coli (EIEC), intestinal aggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC). Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) and diffuse adhesion Escherichia coli (DAEC). In this paper, the pathogenic enteric Escherichia coli is divided into 8 species. It also includes two new pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli---adhesive Escherichia coli AIECs) and Shiga toxin-producing aggregated Escherichia coli STEAECE in human host cells. By detecting the molecular mechanism of intestinal Escherichia coli transplantation and studying the disease mechanism, it was found that the pathogenic Escherichia coli could be classified into T3SS dependent EHEC according to the type 鈪,
