护理本科新生的焦虑及相关因素的调查分析

【摘要】:目的:1.评估护理本科新生的焦虑程度;2.探讨护理本科新生产生焦虑的相关因素及其相对重要性。 方法:采用横断面调查方式对海南医学院、广西医科大学、中南大学护理学院三所高等医学院校中的320 名新生(160 名2004 年护理本科新生作为研究对象的实验组, 160 名2004 年临床本科新生作为对照组)进行调查,采取无记名自评方式填写新生基本资料调查表、其它相关因素调查表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)三个问卷。所得的资料用描述性分析法描述频数分布、百分比、平均值、最大值和最小值等。统计SAS 各类焦虑因子用均数+标准差表示,用Pearson 相关分析法分析相关关系。用逐步回归法分析各因素的相对重要性。 结果:1.320 份问卷回收312 份,应答率为97.5%;2. 在实验组158名新生中,SAS50 分者为42 人,占26.6%,平均得分为X_1=45.3+8.84。对照组154 名新生中,SAS50 分者为39 人,占25.3%,平均得分为X_1=44.9+10.57,经t 检验表明护理本科新生的焦虑状态与临床本科新生的焦虑状态无明显差异;3. 自己对本专业的态度好坏,对于护理本科新生来说有统计学意义(r=0.254,P0.001)。就业压力则是临床本科新生的影响较护理本科新生的大(r=0.315,P0.001),即压力大的焦虑分值高,反之则低;而护理新生无统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论: 1.护理本科新生的焦虑程度与临床本科新生无明显差异;2.护理本科新生的焦虑程度的相关因素主要有自己对护理专业态度、社会对护理专业评价、家庭收入、学习方式方法是否适应、父母对专业的态度等。3.高考成绩、家庭来源、对环境的适应性等也影响到护理本科新生的焦虑情绪。
[Abstract]:Objective 1. To evaluate the anxiety degree of nursing undergraduate students 2. To explore the related factors and their relative importance of anxiety in nursing undergraduate freshmen. Methods: a cross-sectional survey was carried out in Hainan Medical College and Guangxi Medical University. A total of 320 freshmen and 160 nursing freshmen from three medical colleges of Central South University were enrolled in the study in 2004, and 160 clinical freshmen as control group in 2004. The new students' basic information questionnaire, other related factors questionnaire and anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) questionnaire were filled out by anonymous self-assessment. The data obtained were described by descriptive analysis method, including frequency distribution, percentage, average value. The statistical SAS anxiety factors are expressed by the standard deviation of mean, the correlation is analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and the relative importance of each factor is analyzed by stepwise regression method. Results 312 questionnaires were collected from 1.320 questionnaires, and the response rate was 97.55.42 of 158 freshmen in the experimental group scored SAS50, accounting for 26.6, with an average score of 45.3 8.84.39 freshmen in the control group had SAS50 scores of 154 freshmen. The average score was Xapo1 44.9 10.57. T test showed that there was no significant difference between the anxiety state of nursing undergraduate students and that of clinical freshmen. For nursing freshmen, there was significant difference between 0.254 and 0.254p 0.001.The employment pressure was higher than that of clinical freshmen, which was higher than that of nursing freshmen, i.e., the anxiety score with high stress was higher than that of nursing freshmen, while the nursing freshmen had no statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. There is no significant difference between the anxiety degree of nursing undergraduate students and the clinical freshmen. 2. The main factors related to the anxiety degree of nursing undergraduate students are their own attitude towards nursing specialty, social evaluation of nursing specialty, family income. 2. 3. The scores of college entrance examination, the source of family and the adaptability to environment also affect the anxiety of nursing undergraduate students.
