动物oddi括约肌电测量的新方法

【摘要】: oddi括约肌是位于胆胰管和十二指肠之间的特殊结构,它的发现和命名已经有一百多年的历史。然而到现在为止,很多起源于SO的疾病例如SOD的发病机制我们却几乎一无所知。对于大部分动物SO不但体积小而且被包绕在十二指肠壁和胰腺内,这种解剖使其电生理的研究变得非常困难,用传统方法测量SO肌电创伤大而且易受干扰,非常不稳定,极大阻碍了对于SO生理功能的的研究和认识。本课题的目的是建立一种新的SO肌电测量方法。 本课题分为两部分内容: 第一部分:家兔oddi括约肌肌电测量的新方法 目的:摸索适合家兔SO肌电测量的新方法 材料和方法:36只健康家兔,随机选取30只家兔分为两组,每组15只,分别为粘膜组 针对传统针型浆膜电极创伤大,测量不稳定的缺点,尝试制作通过粘膜接触采集电活动信号的电极,电极主体为外径为1mm内径0.5mm的硅胶导管一根以及直径约0.15mm银丝两根,沿胆管走行方向将CEM直接从乳头插入并留置在SO段胆管腔内。浆膜组 家兔采用CCE测量肌电活动,方法参照我中心前期研究。剩下6只家兔在通过CEM测量SO肌电的同时通过CCE同步测量SO肌电活动。观察指标为SO锋电位(Spike Potentials of SO,SPSO)以及SO肌电簇(Myoelectronic activity of SO,MASO)。 结果: 在21只使用CEM测量肌电的家兔中,全部满意的测量到了SO肌电,波形稳定,重复性好。在21只使用CCE测量肌电的家兔中,只有15只满意的测量到了SO肌电。两种方法同步测量观察到的锋电位有1:1的对应关系,波形有明显的同源性,波形特征基本一致。 第二部分:粘膜接触式电极在犬oddi括约肌肌电测量中的应用研究 目的:尝试采用CEM测量犬SO肌电活动并结合同步胃十二指肠肌电测量以及同步测压对测量到的SO肌电波形进行确认和分析。
[Abstract]:The sphincter of oddi, a special structure between the biliary and pancreatic ducts and the duodenum, has been discovered and named for more than 100 years. We know little about the pathogenesis of many so-derived diseases, such as SOD. For most animals, so is not only small but also wrapped around the duodenum and pancreas, which makes it very difficult to study electrophysiology. The traditional method of measuring so electromyoelectric injury is very unstable, which greatly hinders the research and understanding of so physiological function. The purpose of this paper is to establish a new method of so electromyography measurement. This topic is divided into two parts:. Part I: a new method for measuring the electromyography of oddi sphincter in rabbits. Objective: to explore a new method for measuring so electromyography in rabbits. Materials and methods Thirty six healthy rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, 15 rabbits in each group. An electrode was made to collect electrical activity signals through mucosal contact. The main electrode was a silica gel tube with an outer diameter of 1 mm and a diameter of 0.5 mm, and two silver wires with a diameter of 0.15 mm. CEM was inserted directly from the papilla and placed in the so segment of bile duct along the direction of the bile duct. CCE was used to measure myoelectric activity in the serosal group. Methods according to the previous study in our center, the other 6 rabbits were used to measure so myoelectric activity by means of CEM and CCE simultaneously. The observed indexes were so spike Potentials of SOS and so myoelectric cluster Myoelectronic activity of SOMASOA. Results:. Among the 21 rabbits using CEM to measure EMG, all of them were satisfied with so EMG, the waveforms were stable and reproducible. In 21 rabbits, CCE was used to measure EMG. Only 15 of them were satisfied with so electromyoelectricity. The peak potential measured simultaneously by the two methods had a corresponding relation of 1: 1, the waveform had obvious homology, and the waveform characteristics were basically the same. The second part: the application of mucosal contact electrode in the electromyography of oddi sphincter in dogs. Objective: to determine and analyze the so myoelectric activity in dogs by using CEM and simultaneous gastroduodenal electromyography (EMG) measurement and simultaneous pressure measurement.
