中学生网络成瘾及其预防与干预的研究

【摘要】: 网络是新时代高科技的表征物,善用之则既可完善其身,又可造福社会,关键是使用者要有一颗理智而成熟的心。同时网络又是一把“双刃剑”,如果没有人类智慧的文明的理智的驾驭,也会伤害到人类自己。有调查显示,互联网发展到今天,网民已经遍及我国各个角落,其中18周岁以下的青少年网民就有1650万,占到了19%,而这1650万青少年中的14.8%,也就是244万,他们不仅爱上网,而且沉迷于网络,难以自拔,引发了一系列的未成年人问题,这些孩子的家长因此而痛心疾首。未成年人的健康成长和发展不仅关系到千万个家庭的幸福,而且也关系到国家和整个社会的长远发展,全社会都应该高度重视青少年中学生的网络成瘾问题。所以笔者将注意力集中到中学生网络成瘾这个现实问题上来,关注他们的网络天空,探讨中学生网络成瘾及其一些相关性因素,分析了一些影响因素及其相互作用,力求对中学生网络成瘾的预防、干预和治疗提供理论依据。在调查过程中,选取了广西境内的三座城市及其郊县(南宁市及横县,桂林市及荔浦,宜州市及环江)的7所全日制中学的部分学生为调查对象,包括初中生和高中生,共1000人,其中初中生640人,高中生360人,男生400人,女生600人,收回问卷910份,有效问卷742份。然后用SPSS10.0输入,在SPSS中计算和统计(主要运用描述统计,非参数检验等),探讨中学生网络成瘾的分布状况、一些因素及其相互作用对中学生网络成瘾的影响作用。 研究发现:(1)在广西三座城市及其郊县七所中学中所取样本742名中学生中,有94人符合美国金伯利.杨教授的关于网络成瘾的诊断标准,属于上网成瘾群体,占被调查总数的12.7%,即网络成瘾率为12.7%;(2)网络成瘾者与非网络成瘾者在性别上有显著差异性(P0.01**),成瘾者中男性占大多数,即男性比女性更容易上网成瘾; (3)初中生为508人,其中网络成瘾75人,成瘾率为14.8%;高中生为234人,网络成瘾19人,成瘾率为8.1%,初中生和高中生网络成瘾的年级(文化程度或年龄)分布具有差异性(P=0.012,P0.05*),初中生比高中生更容易上网成瘾;(4)网络成瘾者与非网络成瘾者在解决问题和求助这两个维度上都不存在显著差异性;网络成瘾者与非网络成瘾者在自责、幻想、退避、合理化这四个维度上均存在显著差异性:在这四个维度上,网络成瘾者比非网络成瘾者的MR要显著的高,即网络成瘾者在应付方式上比非网络成瘾者更愿意采用自责、幻想、退避和合理化这四种方式;(5)网络成瘾的中学生群体在日常生活中生活事件的发生频率显著高于非网络成瘾的中学生群体,这些生活事件对网络成瘾中学生的心理影响显著强烈

A survey shows that the development of the Internet today, Internet has covered every corner of our country, including 18 under the age of young Internet users have 16 million 500 thousand, accounted for 19%, while the 16 million 500 thousand young people in 14.8%, which is 2 million 440 thousand, they not only love the Internet, and indulge in the network, it is difficult to extricate themselves, triggered a series of minors, the parents of these children. Therefore with deep hatred and resentment for the healthy growth of minors and development is not only related to thousands of family happiness, but also related to the long-term development of the country and the whole society, the whole society should be high The degree of attention to addict. So I will pay more attention to the practical problems of Internet addiction, pay attention to their network of sky, Internet addiction and some related factors, analyzes some influence factors and interactions, and strive to prevent Internet addiction for middle school students, and provide a theoretical basis for intervention and treatment. In the process of investigation, selected three counties in Guangxi city (Nanning city and Hengxian City, Guilin and Li Riverside, Yizhou and Huanjiang) students 7 full-time middle school as the investigation object, including junior high school students and high school students, a total of 1000 people, of which 640 were junior high school students, 360 senior high school students. 400 Boys and 600 girls, 910 questionnaires were recovered, 742 effective questionnaires. Then use the SPSS10.0 input in the SPSS calculation and Statistics (mainly using descriptive statistics, nonparametric test, etc.). The distribution of Internet addiction in middle school students, and the influence of some factors and their interaction on the Internet Addiction of middle school students.
The study found that: (1) the samples in the seven middle school in Guangxi city in three counties of 742 middle school students, there are 94 people in line with the United States Kimberley. Professor Yang on the Internet addiction diagnostic standard, which belongs to the Internet addiction group, accounted for 12.7% of the total survey, namely the Internet addiction rate was 12.7% (2); Internet addicts and non internet addicts have significant differences in gender (P0.01**), male addicts in the majority, that men are more likely than women to Internet addiction; (3) junior high school students 508 people, including 75 people with internet addiction, addiction rate was 14.8%; high school students in 234 people, 19 people of Internet addiction. The addiction rate was 8.1%, the grade of Internet addiction students and senior high school students (junior high school education or age) have different distribution (P=0.012, P0.05*), junior high school students than high school students are more prone to Internet addiction; (4) Internet addicts and non network addiction in problem solving and help these two dimensions are There is no significant difference; the addicts and non addicts in self blame, fantasy, avoidance, rationalization has significant differences on the four dimensions: in four dimensions, non internet addicts with internet addiction to MR significantly higher, namely Internet addiction in the coping style than non internet addicts are more willing to the self blame, fantasy, avoidance and rationalization of these four ways; (5) the frequency of occurrence of Internet addiction among middle school students in daily life events were significantly higher than non IAD group, the psychological impact of these life events on the Internet addiction was strong
