德国小蠊虫体挥发物成分分析

【摘要】:目的查明德国小蠊自身挥发物的成分及其引诱活性。方法使用顶空吹扫固相微萃取(HS.SPME)提取德国小蠊挥发物,并通过气相-质谱(GC.MS)联用分析SPME提取物中的主要成分,使用气相-触角电位(GC.EAD)来分析电生理活性的主要组分,并使用有活性的组分进行诱捕实验。结果发现德国小蠊挥发物中包含至少19个组分,其中含量较高的13个组分分别是一些C2~C5的挥发性醇和酸。用标准化合物样品所做的GC.EAD分析结果表明,仅6种挥发羧酸对德国小蠊具有明显的触角电位反应。现场诱捕实验证实,酸类物质混配后对德国小蠊具有一定的引诱效果。结论德国小蠊释放有活性的挥发物并可起到一定引诱作用,引起群体聚集。
[Abstract]:Objective to find out the constituents of the volatile compounds of Blattella germanica and their inductive activity.Methods the volatile compounds of Blattella germanica were extracted by headspace sweep solid-phase microextraction (HS.SPME), and the main components of SPME extracts were analyzed by GC-MS, and the main components of electrophysiological activity were analyzed by GC-Eternal potential (GC.EAD).The trapping experiments were carried out by using active components.The results showed that the volatile compounds of Blattella germanica contained at least 19 components, 13 of which were volatile alcohols and acids of C2~C5.The GC.EAD analysis of standard compound samples showed that only six volatile carboxylic acids had obvious antennal potential response to Blattella germanica.The field entrapment experiment confirmed that the mixture of acids had a certain effect on Blattella germanica.Conclusion the release of active volatile compounds from Blattella germanica can induce population aggregation.
