大鼠足厥阴肝经与足少阴肾经和足阳明胃经的形态学研究

【摘要】:研究背景:经络学说是中华文明的瑰宝,而以此理论为基础的针灸疗法更是祖国中医学的一技奇葩。然而经络的生物学性质和形态学基础是什么?如何解释循经感传现象,至今仍未有系统的,有说服力的实验依据。本研究力求从现代医学神经解剖学和神经生理的角度揭示经络和穴位的奥秘。进一步探讨经络和穴位的形态学基础和神经生物学机制。研究方法:本研究采用霍乱毒素B亚单位结合辣根过氧化物酶(CB-HRP)逆行示踪法,研究支配大鼠足厥阴肝经及足少阴肾经所属肌肉的运动神经元在脊髓前角内的分布,观察同经运动神经元间的树突投射联系,同时,研究足少阴肾经和足阳明胃经,共同走行的腹直肌运动神经元在脊髓前角的分布,观察其运动神经元间树突投射的联系。研究结果:1.CB-HRP逆行追踪显示,,足厥阴肝经和足少阴肾经相关的运动神经元在脊髓的空间排布:在脊髓纵(水平)切片上标记的细胞形成一个首尾走向的运动神经元柱,而同一细胞柱之间存在丰富的树突—树突和树突—胞体投射,其中足厥阴肝经标记神经元首尾分部在L_2—S_1脊髓节段长度为7.0±0.5mm,相互投射的树突数占树突总数的71.6%。足少阴肾经标记神经元首尾分两部分,分别在T_8—T_(12)和L_3—S_2脊髓节段,长度分别为10.6±0.6mm和4.1±0.8mm。相互投射的树突数占树突总数的75.6%。在脊髓的横切片上,标记的神经元足厥阴肝经主要集中在L_2—L_5腹角前外侧核,且有运动神经元的突起向侧角的位置分布;足少阴肾经主要集中在T_8—T_(12)和L_3—S_2两个脊髓节段,其中可观察到有运动神经元的突起向侧角或相当于侧角及中间带第二内脏灰质和中央管周灰质后连合核及脊髓软膜下的投射,以T_8—T_(12)节段最为明显。此外,在T_8—T_(12)节段还可见中央管周围灰质、后角、中间带均有大量顺行标记,某几个节段还可见胸核的大量顺行标记。2.足少阴肾经及足阳明胃经走行的腹直肌运动神经元在脊髓的空间排布:水平切面标记运动神经元分布在T_7—T_(12)节段,首尾走向长度为10.8±0.5mm,标记细胞的密度主要集中在T_8—T_(10)节段,神经元为一条纵行柱,核柱之间有丰富的树—树和树—体投射。相互投射的树突数占树突总数的72.2%。横切面上的结果与足少阳肾
[Abstract]:Background: meridian theory is a treasure of Chinese civilization, and acupuncture therapy based on this theory is a technical work of traditional Chinese medicine.However, what are the biological properties and morphological basis of meridian?How to explain the phenomenon of sensory transmission along the meridian, so far there is no systematic, persuasive experimental basis.This study seeks to reveal the mysteries of meridians and acupoints from the perspective of modern medical neuroanatomy and neurophysiology.To further explore the morphological basis and neurobiological mechanism of meridians and acupoints.Methods: the distribution of motoneurons in the anterior horn of spinal cord was studied by the retrograde tracing method of cholera toxin B subunit B and horseradish peroxidase (horseradish peroxidase) in the muscles of rat foot Jueyin liver meridian and foot Shaoyin kidney meridian.At the same time, the distribution of the motor neurons of rectus abdominis in the anterior horn of spinal cord and the relation of dendritic projection between the motoneurons and the meridian meridian and the stomach meridian of foot yang Ming were studied in order to observe the relation of dendritic projection between the motoneurons and the motoneurons of the motoneurons.Results 1. The retrograde tracing of CB-HRP showed that the motor neurons associated with the liver meridian and the kidney meridian of foot Jueyin were arranged in the space of the spinal cord: the cells labeled on the longitudinal (horizontal) sections of the spinal cord formed a motoneuronic column along the tail and head.The labeled neurons were divided into two parts, the length of which was 10.6 卤0.6mm and 4.1 卤0.8 mm. respectively in T _ s _ (8-T _ (12)) and L_3-S_2 spinal cord segments.The number of dendrites projecting to each other accounts for 75.6% of the total dendrites.In the transverse section of spinal cord, the labeled neurons were mainly located in the anterolateral nucleus of the ventral horn of L_2-L_5, and there was the distribution of the process of motor neurons to the lateral horn.The kidney meridian of foot little yin is mainly concentrated in the two segments of the spinal cord of T _ S _ 8-T _ T _ I _ 12) and L_3-S_2.The projections of the protuberance to the lateral horn of motor neurons or corresponding to the lateral horn and the second visceral gray matter of the intermediate band and the posterior commissural nucleus of the central periductal gray matter and the subpial spinal cord were observed, especially in the T _ 8-T _ T _ (12) segment.In addition, in the T _ 8-T _ (12) segment, the gray matter around the central canal, the posterior horn and the middle band were all marked with a large number of anterograde markers, and in some segments, a large number of anterograde marks of the thoracic nucleus could be seen.The neurons are a longitudinal column with abundant tree-tree and tree-body projections between the nuclear pillars.The number of dendrites projecting to each other accounts for 72.2% of the total dendrites.Cross-sectional results and foot Shaoyang Kidney
