丽水市公务员心身反应特点及其与应激有关因素的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨公务员的心身反应特点及其与应激有关因素的相关性,为提高公务员的心理健康咨询和干预提供理论依据。方法:采用自编一般情况量表和心理社会压力调查表(包括心身反应量表、生活事件量表、社会支持量表和特质应对量表)对丽水市500名公务员进行调查分析,所有数据输入spss11.5进行相关分析、逐步多元回归分析和方差分析等。结果:1、公务员与常模的比较结果显示:丽水市公务员当前心身反应与一般人群相比有显著差异性;公务员心身反应水平明显低于一般人群,即其总体心理健康水平好于普通人群。2、采用独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析对不同性别、年龄、岗位、级别、婚姻和文化的公务员进行比较,结果如下:(1)不同性别公务员的心身反应、生活事件、应对方式、社会支持进行t检验比较分析。结果显示不同性别的公务员在2,3,4类生活事件、积极应对和社会支持之间存在显著差异(p0.05)。(2)不同年龄段公务员心身反应、生活事件、应对方式、社会支持的比较分析。从单因素方差分析结果可以看出,在不同年龄组的公务员中,SER,SR,LCU1,PC,SOF,SS之间存在显著差异,具体组间比较结果存在差异性的是:心身反应:SER:2与1,3,4组;SPR:2组与3组;SBR:4组与1,3组;SR:2组与1,3,4组:生活事件:LCU1:4组与1,3,4组;LCU2:2组与3,4组;应对:PC:2组与1,3,4组:NC:组与3组;社会支持在各组之间基本上均存在显著差异。(3)不同岗位公务员心身反应、生活事件、应对方式、社会支持的比较分析。单因素方差分析结果公务员的心理反应、心身反应总分及家庭外支持存在组间差异:具体组间差异比较发现:心身反应:SER:1与2组;SPR:1与2组,2组与1,3组存在显
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of psychosomatic reaction of civil servants and its correlation with stress-related factors so as to provide theoretical basis for improving mental health counseling and intervention of civil servants.Methods: a total of 500 civil servants in Lishui city were investigated and analyzed by using self-made general situation scale and psychological and social stress scale (including psychosomatic reaction scale, life event scale, social support scale and trait coping scale).All data were input to spss11.5 for correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and ANOVA.Results: 1. The comparison between civil servants and norm shows that the current psychosomatic responses of civil servants in Lishui City are significantly different from those of the general population, and the level of psychosomatic reaction of civil servants is obviously lower than that of the general population.That is, its overall mental health level is better than that of the general population. The independent sample t-test and single-factor ANOVA were used to compare civil servants with different gender, age, post, grade, marriage and culture.Results: (1) the psychosomatic reaction, life events, coping styles and social support of civil servants of different genders were analyzed by t test.The results showed that there were significant differences between positive coping and social support in 4 types of life events of civil servants of different genders (p 0.05). The comparative analysis of psychosomatic reactions, life events, coping styles and social support among civil servants of different ages.The results of univariate ANOVA showed that there were significant differences between SERSRU / LCU _ (1) and PCSOFN _ (SS) among civil servants of different age groups.There were significant differences in social support among the groups. (3) A comparative analysis of psychosomatic reactions, life events, coping styles and social support of civil servants in different positions.The results of ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in psychological reaction, total score of psychosomatic reaction and extrafamily support of civil servants: there were significant differences in psychosomatic response between groups 1 and 2: 1 and 2 groups and 2 groups and 2 groups and 1 group 3 groups.
