多模态图像配准研究及其在超声热导向药物靶向治疗中的应用

【摘要】: 超声热导向药物靶向治疗是将化疗药物封装在热敏脂质体内并递送至肿瘤位置,再用相控聚焦超声将靶区温度升高,打开脂质体壳体,实现其装载药物的定点释放。这一技术不但增加了药物的局部浓度,提高了对病灶部位肿瘤细胞的杀伤力,而且避免了全身给药对人体带来的伤害,同时,热对释放出的药物还可起到增敏效果。为了避免伤及正常组织和提高治疗效率,必须对病灶的治疗区域的空间位置进行精确定位。而现有的超声成像技术很难单独完成这个任务。因此,需要设计基于多模态刚性图像配准的图像定位系统。 本文首先研究了基于多模态刚性图像配准的图像定位系统的有关设计和实现。该系统在分辨率较高的术前CT图像中进行肿瘤轮廓提取,然后将CT图像与术中超声图像进行配准,术前CT图像中的肿瘤区域位置信息被自动、精确地映射到术中超声图像中,从而引导换能器阵列的焦点
[Abstract]:The target therapy of ultrasound heat-guided drugs is to encapsulate the chemotherapeutic drugs in thermosensitive liposomes and deliver them to tumor sites. Then the temperature of the target region is raised by phase-controlled focused ultrasound and the liposome shell is opened to realize the targeted release of the drug loading.This technique not only increases the local concentration of the drug, but also increases the killing power of tumor cells in the focus area, and avoids the harm to the human body caused by the whole body administration. At the same time, the heat can also increase the sensitivity of the released drug.In order to avoid injury to normal tissue and improve treatment efficiency, it is necessary to accurately locate the location of the treatment area.The existing ultrasonic imaging technology is difficult to complete this task alone.Therefore, it is necessary to design an image location system based on multi-modal rigid image registration.In this paper, the design and implementation of image location system based on multi-modal rigid image registration are studied.In this system, the tumor contour is extracted from the high resolution preoperative CT image, and then the CT image is registered with the intraoperative ultrasound image. The location information of the tumor area in the preoperative CT image is automatically mapped to the intraoperative ultrasound image.To guide the focus of the transducer array.
