兔离体工作心脏模型的建立及功能评价

【摘要】:目的:通过对兔离体工作心脏停跳前后心功能变化的研究,建立一种能够进行心腔内操作可行的离体心脏模型。 方法:建立兔离体工作心脏模型,固定前后负荷,监测心排量及左心室压力变化,维持心脏停止搏动30min后灌注回复到工作状态,比较离体兔心停跳前后心排量(包括主动脉流量,冠脉流量)、dP×HR、平均dP/dTmax(平均室内压最大上升速率)等指标。 结果:31只实验模型被成功建立起来,比较离体兔心停跳30分钟后心排量、dP×HR、平均dP/dTmax等均与停跳前无显著差异(P0.5)。 结论:兔离体工作心脏模型在一定时间内心功能状态稳定,更加接近正常心脏生理状态,是研究各种因素对心功能影响的可采用的实验平台。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the changes of cardiac function before and after cardiac arrest in rabbit working heart in vitro and to establish an isolated heart model which can perform intracardiac operation. Methods: a rabbit model of isolated working heart was established. The changes of cardiac output and left ventricular pressure were monitored before and after fixation, and the perfusion returned to the working state after the cardiac arrest of pulsatile 30min. The indexes of cardiac output (including aortic flow, coronary flow, DP 脳 HRand average DP / dTmax) were compared before and after cardiopulmonary bypass in isolated rabbits. Results 31 experimental models were successfully established. The cardiac output (DP 脳 HR-1) of isolated rabbits after 30 minutes of cardiac arrest was compared. There was no significant difference in average dP/dTmax between the two groups before and after cardiopulmonary bypass (P0. 5). Conclusion: the rabbit model of isolated working heart has stable cardiac function and is closer to the physiological state of normal heart for a certain time. It is a useful experimental platform to study the influence of various factors on cardiac function.
