低频经颅磁刺激对大鼠影响的脑电分析

【摘要】:经颅磁刺激(Transcranial magnetic stimulation, TMS)作为一种无创、无痛的刺激方式,在诊断和治疗方面有广阔的应用前景。目前在癫痫治疗方面,使用低频经颅磁刺激(low-frequency rTMS)进行辅助治疗的研究比较多,但是其治疗原理还在研究之中。脑电分析是电生理研究的一项重要手段,近期研究表明脑电信号具有一定的混沌特性。鉴于低频rTMS研究的重要性,以及低频rTMS前后脑电研究的不足,本文从脑电的非线性动力学和功率谱方面分析了低频rTMS对大鼠大脑的影响。 本文首先研究了低频rTMS对正常大鼠脑电的影响,使用了100个频率为0.5Hz的阈上经颅磁刺激,采集刺激前后大鼠的脑电信号进行分析,同时还进行了对照组实验。分析结果表明,rTMS刺激后大鼠脑电相关维数和功率谱的高频部分,比刺激前降低,并具有显著性意义,而对照组没有此结果。该结果表明低频rTMS对大脑活动有一定抑制作用。 本文还研究了500个0.5Hz的rTMS对诱发癫痫的大鼠的作用。实验结果表明,低频rTMS有降低大鼠癫痫发作级别的趋势。同时本文还得到了大鼠癫痫发作各个典型阶段的脑电波形,并分析了脑电相关维数在发作过程中的变化规律。 最后,本文讨论了TMS运动诱发电位在研究大鼠脊髓损伤方面的应用。结果表明,TMS运动诱发电位的潜伏期可以反映大鼠脊髓损伤的情况。本文还将独立成分分析(ICA)方法用于运动诱发电位提取,发现该方法有助于分析起始点不够明确的运动诱发电位。
[Abstract]:Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), as a noninvasive and painless stimulation, has a broad prospect in diagnosis and treatment. At present, there are many studies on the use of low-frequency low-frequency magnetic stimulation in epilepsy therapy, but the therapeutic principle is still under study. Electroencephalogram (EEG) analysis is an important method in electrophysiology research. Recent studies have shown that EEG signals have some chaotic characteristics. In view of the importance of low-frequency rTMS research and the shortage of EEG research before and after low-frequency rTMS, the effects of low-frequency rTMS on the brain of rats were analyzed in terms of nonlinear dynamics and power spectrum of low-frequency rTMS. In this paper, we first studied the effect of low-frequency rTMS on the EEG of normal rats. We used 100 transcranial transcranial magnetic stimuli with frequency of 0.5Hz to analyze the EEG of rats before and after stimulation, and at the same time, we carried out the experiment of control group. The results showed that the correlation dimension of EEG and the high frequency part of power spectrum after rTMS stimulation were significantly lower than those before stimulation, but there was no such result in the control group. The results suggest that low frequency rTMS has a certain inhibitory effect on brain activity. We also studied the effects of 500 0.5Hz rTMS on epileptic rats. The results showed that low frequency rTMS had a tendency to decrease the seizure grade of rats. At the same time, the electroencephalogram of different typical stages of epileptic seizure in rats was obtained, and the variation of EEG correlation dimension in the course of seizure was analyzed. Finally, the application of TMS motor evoked potential in the study of spinal cord injury in rats was discussed. The results showed that the latency of motor evoked potential of TMS could reflect the spinal cord injury in rats. The independent component analysis (ICA) method is also applied to the extraction of motor evoked potentials. It is found that this method is helpful to the analysis of motor evoked potentials whose starting point is not clear enough.
