医学硕士研究生人格特征、应对方式对其主观幸福感影响的研究

【摘要】： 目的:通过评估新疆石河子大学医学硕士研究生主观幸福感的现状,借以了解医学硕士研究生的人格特征、应对方式对主观幸福感的影响及与其心理健康的相互关系,为高校研究生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:于2006年3月-2006年7月采用整群抽样的方法,以新疆石河子大学医学院2003级、2004级、2005级所有在读硕士研究生237名作为研究对象总体。年龄为22～37岁。采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、应对方式问卷(CSQ)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)。全部资料通过上海惠诚心理测验软件汇总,并用SPSS11.0版软件进行数据的统计学处理。结果:1、三个年级在读医学硕士研究生的总体幸福感量表总分平均为114.00±12.67,医学生的主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平;2、外向与幸福感总分存在显著正相关(p0.01),神经质与幸福感总分存在显著负相关(p0.01);3、医学硕士研究生应对方式与主观幸福感总分不存在相关关系(p0.05);4、症状自评量表中总分及抑郁因子与幸福感总分存在显著负相关(p0.01);5、医学硕士研究生在躯体化、人际关系、敌对三个因子上得分均低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);6、医学硕士研究生心理问题阳性检出率为13%,以强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁症状较突出;7、不同年级、年龄、性别、婚姻状况、生源地、专业方向、工作经历对医学硕士研究生主观幸福感的影响均无显著性差异(p0.05)。结论:医学硕士研究生的人格特征与主观幸福感存在相关关系,并成为影响主观幸福感的重要因素。心理健康是影响医学硕士研究生主观幸福感的主要因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the present situation of subjective well-being of medical graduate students in Shihezi University, Xinjiang, so as to understand the personality characteristics, the influence of coping style on subjective well-being and the relationship between subjective well-being and mental health. To provide basis for mental health education of graduate students in colleges and universities. Methods: from March 2006 to July 2006, a total of 237 graduate students were selected from the Medical College of Shihezi University of Xinjiang, China, from March 2006 to July 2006. The age is 2237. Total well-being scale (GWBN), coping style questionnaire (CSQ) and Eysenck Personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality questionnaire) were used to measure 90 items of symptom checklist (SCL-90). All the data were collected by Shanghai Huicheng Psychological Test Software, and the data were processed by SPSS11.0 software. Results the average total score of general well-being scale for medical graduate students in three grades was 114.00 卤12.67. The subjective well-being of medical students was at the upper middle level. There was a significant positive correlation between extroversion and total score of well-being (p 0.01), neuroticism and happiness. There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of feeling and the total score of subjective well-being. There was no correlation between the coping style and the total score of subjective well-being. There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of SCL-90 and the total score of depression and the total score of well-being. Graduate students in somatization, The scores of the three factors of interpersonal relationship and hostility were all lower than that of the national norm, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The positive rate of psychological problems of medical graduate students was 13. The positive rate was obsessive, sensitive to interpersonal relationship, prominent in depressive symptoms, different grades and ages. There was no significant difference in the influence of sex, marital status, place of origin, professional direction and work experience on subjective well-being of medical graduate students (P 0.05). Conclusion: the personality characteristics of medical graduate students are related to subjective well-being, and become an important factor to affect subjective well-being. Mental health is one of the main factors affecting subjective well-being of medical graduate students.
